Objectives To explore the expression of androgen receptor(AR)in invasive breast cancer(BC),and further explore the relationship between AR and invasive breast cancer and its significance. Methods A total of 402 female patients with primary invasive breast cancer were admitted to the Adenular Surgery Department of Hebei General Hospital from August2019 to December 2021 were selected, age, menstrual status, histological grade, tumor diameter, lymph node metastasis status, clinical stage, estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR),androgen receptor, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER-2),Ki-67,presence or absence of lymphovascular and nerve invasion were collected, the data were analyzed by SPSS 25.0 software,χ~2 test was used to analyze the relationship between androgen receptors and clinicopathological data and molecular typing of breast cancer, then the statistically significant variables weresubjected to a multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results 1 A total of 402 patients with invasive breast cancer were collected, there were279 AR positive patients and 123 AR negative patients, the positive rate of AR was69.40%.2 The data analyzed byχ~2 test showed that the experimental data could not indicate that AR expression was correlated with age, menstrual status, tissue grade type, tumor diameter, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).AR expression was correlated with BC histological grade,ER,PR,HER-2,Ki-67,lymphovascular invasion, nerve invasion and molecular classification, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 Multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that ER expression(OR=4.31,95%CI:1.59-11.69,P=0.004)and lymphovascular nvasion(OR=0.38,95%CI:0.20-0.71,P=0.003)had statistically significant effects on AR expression in invasive breast cancer. Conclusions 1 The positive rate of AR in invasive breast cancer was higher than the negative rate of AR.2 AR expression was not related to age, menstrual status, histologic grade, tumor diameter, lymph node metastasis status and clinical stage, but was related to histological grade,ER,PR,HER-2,Ki-67,lymphovascular invasion, nerve invasion and breast cancer molecular typing.3 ER and lymphovascular invasion are independent risk factors for AR expression in invasive breast cancer.Figure 0;Table 11;Reference 125...
