Clinical Efficacy Evaluation And Potential Mechanism Of Yuquan Pill In Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objectives Based on Meta analysis and network pharmacology analysis,the clinical efficacy of Yuquan pill in treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus was evaluated,and its potential mechanism was tentatively explored.Methods 1 A comprehensive database of CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,Sinomed,Pub Med,The Cochrane Library and Web of science was searched.All English and Chinese literatures on randomized controlled trials of Yuquan pills for type 2 diabetes mellitus were collected.The articles were identified based on the criteria and evaluated for quality.The data were meta analyzed by Review Manager software.2 Based on network pharmacology,the chemical components of Yuquan Pill and its formula were collected by searching tcmsp,chemical component database,literature mining and fingerprint,and the chemical components of Pueraria lobata,Rehmannia glutinosa,Ophiopogon japonicus,trichosanthin,Schisandra,screening the chemical constituents and action targets of Yuquan pills.Collecting targets related to type2 diabetes mellitus by retrieving Gene Cards,TTD,Drug Bank,OMIM and Dis Ge NET databases.Construction of protein-protein interaction network for treating type 2 diabetes in Yuquan pill.Based on bioinformatics technology,we predicted the core genes and key pathways of Yuquan pill in the treatment of type 2 diabetes,and explored its potential mechanism.Results 1 A total of 12 RCTs were included in the meta-analysis,with a total of 1026 subjects.The meta-analysis results showed that: Total effective rate OR=2.97,95%CI[2.01,4.38],P<0.000 01.Combined use of Yuquan pill and conventional western medicine can significantly improve the efficiency of treating type 2 diabetes,reduce blood sugar,regulate blood lipids and reduce inflammatory factors,and have better effect and safety.2 Network pharmacology screened out 158 effective chemical components related to type 2 diabetes through data mining and literature supplement,including apigenin,puerarin,daidzein,quercetin,kaempferol,aronidin,schisandrin a and other key compounds,and 209 targets of Yuquan pill acting on type 2 diabetes.Such as PIK3R1、STAT3、MAPK1、AKT1、SRC and so on.It mainly influenced AGE-RAGE signal transduction pathway,PI3 K Akt signal pathway,HIF-1 signal pathway,MAPK signal pathway,insulin resistance,etc.Conclusions The existing evidence shows that Yuquan Pill Combined with conventional western medicine can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of T2DM,and has obvious advantages in reducing blood glucose,regulating blood lipid and reducing inflammatory factors;Yuquan Pill is a multi-component and multi-target synergistic mechanism in the treatment of T2DM.It mainly treats T2DM by regulating glucose and lipid metabolism,improving IR and reducing inflammatory reaction.Figure 19;Table 9;Reference 93...
