Observation On The Curative Effect Of Yolk Oil Combined With Baixiao Qudu Lotion On Postoperative Scar Prevention And Anal Function Protection After Anal Fistula And Anal Function Protection

Objectives To explore the effect of yolk oil combined with Baixiao Qudu lotion on the prevention and treatment of scar and anal function protection after operation of high complex anal fistula,in order to provide new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of patients with anal fistula.Methods 60 patients with high complex anal fistula who met the inclusion criteria of this study were selected and analyzed by SPSS 22.0 software randomly divided all the subjects into treatment group and control group.There were 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group.The patients in the control group were given potassium permanganate solution combined with rivanol gauze for routine dressing change.The dressing change of patients in the treatment group was the same as that in the control group in the first 3 days after operation.From the 4th day,they were treated with Baixiao Qudu lotion combined with yolk oil gauze for dressing change.The age,gender,anal function evaluation results on the first day before operation and the third day after operation and the wound surface area on the third day after operation were recorded as the baseline data.The wound(scar)surface area and the change rate of wound(scar)surface area on the 30 th and90th day after operation,the score of scar evaluation scale on the 60 th and 90 th day after operation,the anal function evaluation results on the 60 th day after operation were recorded.ALT,AST,Scr,BUN and other indicators were recorded before and after treatment as safety indicators.Adverse reactions such as allergy were closely observed.All data collected were statistically analyzed and processed by SPSS 22.0 software,and the difference was statistically significant when P < 0.05.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in age,gender,anal function evaluation on the first day before operation and the third day after operation,and the surface area of wound(scar)on the third day after operation(P > 0.05);There were significant differences in the surface area of wound(scar)and the change rate of surface area of wound(scar)on the 30 th and 90 th day after operation,the score of scar evaluation scale on the 60 th and 90 th day after operation,and the evaluation of anal function on the 60 th day after operation(P < 0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group;There were significant differences in wound healing time,hospital stay and cure rate between the two groups(P < 0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group;During the treatment,ALT,AST,Scr,BUN and other indexes of the two groups were not significantly abnormal,and there was no significant difference before and after treatment(P > 0.05).During the treatment,there were no allergic reactions such as local skin redness,swelling,pruritus and so on.Conclusions Dressing change method of yolk oil combined with Baixiao Qudu lotion can accelerate postoperative wound healing,optimize scar growth,reduce scar surface area,promote postoperative anal function recovery and protect anal function,with good safety.Figure 0;Table 15;Reference 100...
