| Objectives To understand the current situation of reproductive concerns in breast cancer patients of childbearing period.explore the influencing factor of reproductive concerns in breast cancer patients of childbearing period,in order to provide relevant theoretical basis for early clinical detection and targeted intervention measures.Methods The convenience sampling method was used to fill in questionnaire surveys of breast cancer patients of childbearing period who were diagnosed and treated in Tangshan people’s hospital from September 2020 to August 2021.General Information Questionnaire,The Chinese version of Reproductive Concerns After Cancer scale(RCAC),the Breast Cancer Survivor Self-Efficacy Scale(BCSES),the psychosocial adaptation questionnaire of breast cancer patients,the Medical Outcomes Study Social Support Survey(MOS-SSS),Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ)were used as the survey tool to investigate the status of reproductive concerns in breast cancer patients of childbearing period and analyze its influencing factors.The database was established with Excel software and SPSS25.0 software was used for analysis.Descriptive statistical analysis was used for general demographic characteristics;t-test and ANOVA were used for univariate analysis,Pearson correlation analysis was used for correlation test,and multiple stepwise regression analysis was used for multivariate analysis to analyze influencing factors of reproductive concerns in breast cancer patients of childbearing period,AMOS21.0 software was used to conduct path analysis on the meaningful results among multiple factors to study the direct and indirect effects among the various factors.Results 1 The total score of reproductive concerns in breast cancer patients of childbearing period was(57.18±10.46),which was lower than that in cervical cancer patients in reproductive age(61.38±5.65),compared to the median total score of 54 which was at a moderately high level.The scores of each dimension from: Pregnancy ability dimension(9.03±2.38),child health dimension(10.17±2.67),spouse informed dimension(8.97±2.37),own health dimension(10.57±2.10),pregnancy preparation(9.15±2.66).Infertility acceptability dimension(9.29±2.62)points.2 Univariate analysis of reproductive concerns in breast cancer patients of childbearing period: The results showed that age,occupation,marital status,educational level,monthly income,payment method,number of children born,gender of children,fertility desire,time of diagnosis,clinical stage of disease.The operation method,whether the family members have cancer,adjuvant therapy,and treatment methods have significant influence on the reproductive concerns in breast cancer patients of childbearing period,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).reproductive concerns in breast cancer patients of childbearing period had a high positively correlated with medical coping modes-resignation(r=0.574,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with self-efficacy,the psychosocial adaptation,and medical social support coping modes-confrontation(r=r=-0.560,-0.584,-0.575,-0.513 P<0.01).3 Multifactor analysis of reproductive concerns in breast cancer patients of childbearing period.The results show that age,monthly per capita household income,number of children,birth gender-female,birth gender-male,fertility desire,adjuvant therapy,surgical methods-breast radical operation,self-efficacy,psychosocial adaptation,coping modesresignation,coping modes-confrontation and medical social support have significant influence on the reproductive concerns in breast cancer patients of childbearing period,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).4 Path analysis of influencing factors.The results show that self-efficacy,psychosocial adaptation,medical coping modes and medical social support can affect the reproductive concerns in breast cancer patients of childbearing period through direct and indirect paths.Medical coping style is not only a mediating variable,but also has a direct effect on fertility anxiety.Conclusions 1 The status of reproductive concerns in breast cancer patients of childbearing period at a moderately high level.2 The influencing factors of age,monthly per capita household incomel,number of children,gender of children,fertility desire,adjuvant therapy,surgical methods,self-efficacy,psychosocial adaptation,medical coping modes and medical social support are the main factor of the reproductive concerns in breast cancer patients of childbearing period.3 medical coping modes plays a mediating role in the influencing process of psychosocial adaptation,self-efficacy,medical and social support and fertility worry of breast cancer patients in the reproductive period.It suggests that clinical medical workers should specify intervention strategies according to relevant influencing factors to reduce the fertility worry of patients and improve the quality of life.Figure 3;Table 14;Reference 133... |
