With the development of medical informatization in hospital radiology department, patient case report data have become more and more important for hospital. In the past, the case report data were all in the radiology information system. There was no unified template management for the case report data and there was no association between disease labels and key sign words. It was very troublesome for doctors to write and consult. On this basis, the radiology department put forward the requirement of building a case report information system. In response to this problem, this project designs and implements a case report system, which greatly facilitates the writing and review of case reports by doctors, provides a case repository and a case study platform, and provides a systematic and refined management method for case reports. It is of great benefit to the development of informatization in the radiology department.First of all, this paper analyzes the usage scenarios and specific business processes of the radiology case reporting system from the perspective of the actual business of the radiology department. The user’s requirements are divided into business and nonbusiness, and the main requirements and function points are analyzed and modeled. In the system design, the principles of system availability, reliability and security of medical data are considered. The design of the case module, user module, template module, disease label and thesaurus module of the system, and how to deal with the specific business process are introduced. Then the system structure is designed. The system adopts B/S mode and MVC architecture. The system is divided into three layers:data layer, control layer and view layer. The calling relationship and processing response process before the three layers are analyzed.Dividing different functions into different levels improve the reusability of the system.Implement structured report template functionality using Jaspersoft and UEditor rich text editors. In terms of system security, the Apache Shiro framework is used for authentication and authorization. For the data that needs confidentiality in the system, the salting algorithm is used to encrypt the data, and the corresponding backup strategy is designed for the database to ensure the security of the data.In terms of examination images,DCM4 CHEE and Oviyam are used to browse patient examination images. In the system test,JMeter software was used to simulate the simultaneous requests of multiple users, and the performance of the system was tested to ensure that the performance could meet the requirements of the radiology department. On the system deployment, two servers are configured, and Nginx configuration is used to achieve load balancing. After various tests, the system meets the requirements at both functional and non-functional levels, with stable performance and software design requirements.Compared with the existing radiology information system, the radiology case reporting system is based on the business process design of the radiology department, which can ensure the safety and reliability of the user’s data, and the system is designed according to the doctor’s usage habits.Doctors use structured case report templates in the system, which greatly facilitates doctors to write case reports and reduce the workload of doctors. In addition, the system can also be used as a case study platform, whether students, doctors or experts can study and view case reports in the system. At the same time, the system supports the HL7 2.3 standard, which ensures scalability for future interaction with other systems in the radiology department. In terms of images, the system uses DCM4 CHEE to directly view the patient’s examination images in the browser.Using the case report system to build a radiology case report library can promote the systematic management of radiology case reports and the process of radiology informatization.
