PET/CT is an imaging examination in the field of nuclear medicine,widely used in tumor diagnosis,health examination and other fields.With the gradual increase in the amount of PET/CT examinations and the shortage of domestic doctors,the workload of doctors writing PET/CT imaging reports has become extremely large.At present,the PET/CT radiology information system is common,and the PET/CT image report consists of two parts:the image findings and the diagnosis conclusion.The image findings are generally done by some automatic image-to-text text generation,methods or manually by physicians.However,the current status of diagnostic conclusions cannot reduce the workload of physicians in completing PET/CT reports.The dynamic generation of diagnostic conclusions will help improve the efficiency of physicians in writing imaging reports,thereby improving the service efficiency of hospitals.The paper combines the abstract generation technology with the knowledge map technology and realizes the automatic generation of diagnostic conclusions through the abstract generation of the image representation text and the generation of disease inference and diagnosis suggestion text based on the knowledge map.First,the paper proposes a coverage mechanism(OHCM)based on one-hot encoding to solve the problem of generating repetitive words and sentences in the summary of image performance.Duplicate questions,improved content quality for summarization generation.Secondly,according to the expression characteristics of the diagnostic conclusion text,the paper proposes a diagnostic conclusion generation strategy(DCGS)that combines the knowledge map and the abstract generation method,so that the diagnosis conclusion generation not only depends on the abstract generation method,but also depends on the knowledge structure.Knowledge map,so as to improve the accuracy of the generated content of diagnostic conclusions.Finally,based on the above research,the paper constructs a PET/CT image report knowledge map,and designs and implements a PET/CT image report conclusion auxiliary generation system based on the knowledge map.The thesis firstly introduces the relevant background knowledge and technology,then analyzes the requirements of the system,then introduces the related research of the thesis,then conducts a general design of the system according to the requirements analysis and carries out a detailed design and implementation of the system according to the general design elaborate.Finally,the function test and performance test of the system are completed.
