Effect Of Preserving Internal Sphincter On The Efficacy Of Anal Fistula Surgery

Objective: This study studied the effects of preserving internal sphincter virtual line and not preserving internal sphincter solid line on postoperative 3month Wexner score,postoperative 3 month resting pressure of anal canal and anal high pressure band,postoperative pain score and other aspects,all of which are to discuss the importance of preserving internal anal sphincter during surgery.Methods: Twenty-five patients who met the diagnostic criteria of the study design were randomly divided into preserving internal sphincter deficient line and not preserving internal sphincter solid line,and were followed up for 3 months.At the same time,the length of hospital stay,pain score on the 1st day after surgery,pain score on the 5th day after surgery,granulation tissue on the 14 th day after surgery,granulation tissue on the 21 st day after surgery,anorectal manometry 3 months after surgery,Wexner score3 months after surgery,wound healing time,surgical efficacy and recurrence3 months after surgery were studied in the two groups,and analyzed by statistical software.Results:(1)Two groups of patients in the gender,age,hospitalization days,always duration time comparable((49)> 0.05).(2)there was no statistically significant difference of postoperative pain score on the first day,but the postoperative pain score the fifth day internal sphincter deficiency significantly below don’t keep in sphincter real hang hang quad quad,statistically significant differences((49)< 0.05),keep internal sphincter can reduce postoperative pain.(3)in the two groups in 14 days after operation,there was no statistical difference in 21 days of granulation tissue growth,show two groups of postoperative granulation tissue were normal growth((49)>0.05).(4)in postoperative 3 months to keep internal sphincter deficiency hang quad anal resting pressure,anal canal high pressure zone were superior to keep no internal sphincter real hang quad,statistically significant differences((49)< 0.05),keep internal sphincter can maintain normal anus function.(5)There was no statistical significance in Wexner score,wound healing time,surgical efficacy and recurrence rate 3 months after surgery between the two groups,indicating that there was no risk of loss of anal function between the two groups,and the surgical efficacy was similar..Conclusion(s): Preserving the internal sphincter virtual line can reduce postoperative pain,maintain the resting pressure of the anal canal and the normal range of anal high pressure band,and protect the anal function to the maximum extent.
