Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Angina Pectoris After PCI With Gualou Stemon Baibanxia And Taohong Siwu Paste Formula Combined With External Counterpulsation

Purpose:By observing the angina scores of Gualsanx Baibanxia Decoction combined with Taohong Siwu ointment prescription in the treatment of stable angina pectoris after PCI(phlegm-stasis interlocking syndrome),the improvement degree of traditional Chinese medicine syndrom,and related biochemical indexes,the effectiveness and safety of Chinese ointment prescription combined with extracorporeal counterbeat were evaluated through the above indexes,and the related effects and mechanisms were discussed.This study provides a new method for the intervention of stable angina pectoris after PCI with traditional Chinese medicine combined with external counterpulsation.Method:In this study,a total of 80 patients diagnosed as stable angina pectoris(phlegm-stasis syndrome)after PCI in the second District of Ruikang Hospital Affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to December 2022 were collected and divided into treatment group and control group according to randomized control method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given aspirin enteric-coated tablets and other conventional western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was given oral Chinese ointment prescription combined with external counterpulsation treatment.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared,and the angina scores,TCM syndrome scores and lipid changes before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Evaluate the relative curative effect and draw the conclusion.Results:(1)Evaluation of the treatment effect of angina pectoris:symptoms of angina pectoris can be relieved after treatment in both groups.The treatment effect between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group was better in relieving angina pectoris.(2)Comparative evaluation of TCM syndrome score: the two groups of patients after treatment can reduce TCM syndrome score,and the comparison of the difference between the two groups is statistically significant,suggesting that the treatment group has a prominent effect in reducing TCM syndrome score.(3)Evaluation of TCM curative effect: The comparison difference of TCM curative effect between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of TCM in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.(4)Improvement of blood lipid levels: the improvement of blood lipid indexes after treatment was statistically different between the two groups(P < 0.05).After treatment,the reduction of TC,TG and ldl-c between the two groups was better in the treatment group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),These results indicated that Gualou Stemon Baibanxia and Taohong Siwu Paste Formula combined with external counterpulsation is helpful to reduce blood lipid.(5)C-reactive protein: After treatment,the serum C-reactive protein of the two groups was decreased,and the comparison was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The comparison between the groups showed that the reduction of C-reactive protein was higher in the post-treatment group,and the reduction of C-reactive protein in the treatment group had a great effect.(6)Evaluation of ECG effect: there was no statistical difference in ECG effect between the two groups(P > 0.05),indicating no difference in the improvement of ECG effect between the two groups.(7)Safety: There was no statistical significance in the observation indexes of safety before and after treatment between the two groups(P >0.05),and the treatment of western medicine combined with Gualsanthis Allium Banxia Hetaohong Siwu ointment did not increase toxic and side effects,indicating high safety.
