Clinical Efficacy Of Yangxin Qianyang Decoction Treatment (Liver Hyperactivity) In Patients With Primary Hypertension And HFpEF

Objective: To explore the clinical therapeutic effect and medication safety of Yangxin Qianyang decoction in patients with heart failure with hepatic hyperactive essential hypertension with preserved ejection fraction.Methods: A total of 70 patients with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction were collected from December 2021 to December 2022 who were treated in the outpatient clinic and ward of the Department of Cardiology of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with35 people in each group.The control group was given standardized treatment with Western drugs to lower blood pressure and control chronic heart failure,and the observation group added Yangxin Qianyang decoction on the basis of the control group for 8 weeks,and recorded the TCM syndrome score,NYHA grade,Minnesota heart failure quality of life score,6-minute walk test,blood pressure,heart rate,NT-pro BNP,CRP and other indicators and adverse reactions during treatment before and after treatment of each group.Through statistical analysis clinical treatment effect and medication safety of Yangxin Qianyang decoction in the treatment of patients with liver hypertension and evidence of essential hypertension and HFpEF were explored.Results: After excluding the patients who dropped out and discontinued,a total of 66 patients were included,including 33 cases in the control group and 33 cases in the observation group.After enrollment,statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference in the basic conditions of the two groups such as age,sex,TCM syndrome score,blood pressure level,cardiac function grade,basic medication(P>0.05),and there was a comparable between the two groups.Efficacy evaluation: The observation indicators such as TCM syndrome score,NYHA grade,MLHFQ score,blood pressure,heart rate,serum NT-Pro BNP and CRP level in the two groups after treatment decreased compared with before treatment,and the statistical analysis showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and compared with the control group treated with conventional Western medicine alone,the TCM syndrome score,NYHA grade,MLHFQ score,blood pressure,heart rate,The observation indicators such as serum NT-Pro BNP and CRP levels decreased significantly,and the treatment efficiency of TCM syndrome,cardiac function grade,blood pressure and other aspects was also higher.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the 6MWT results of the two groups after treatment were significantly increased compared with those before treatment,and the statistical analysis showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the overall increase of 6MWT in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the statistical analysis showed that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Safety evaluation: During the treatment,the patient did not have any special physiological changes such as allergies,nor did he have obvious adverse reactions and complications.Conclusion: Yangxin Qianyang decoction combined with conventional western medicine standardized treatment can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with hypertensive hypertension with HFpEF,the levels of 6MWT,blood pressure,heart rate,NYHA grade,NT-pro BNP,CRP and other indicators,and improve the quality of life of patients,and the safety is good without obvious adverse reactions.
