| Objective: Through the intervention of white blood cells,absolute value of neutrophils,procalcitonin,C-reactive protein and other related inflammatory indicators,the therapeutic effect and drug safety of Dayuan Decoction combined with Shengmai Powder on Zhengxuxielian syndrome of carbapenem-resistant gram-negative bacilli pneumonia were discussed,with a view to providing ideas and methods for the treatment of such drugresistant bacteria.Methods: Sixty patients with Zhengxuxielian syndrome of carbapenem resistant Gram negative bacilli pneumonia who met the final criteria were divided into two groups using a randomized control method.The observation group consisted of 30 patients and the control group consisted of 30 patients.The control group was treated with relevant antibacterial drugs and basic supportive treatment,while the observation group was treated with Dayuan Decoction combined with Shengmai powder for 7 days on the basis of the control group.If necessary,the treatment time could be extended.Observe the total clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment,compare changes in inflammation indicators,CPIS,APACHE II scores,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,evaluate safety indicators,record adverse reactions,and use SPSS 25.0 to statistically analyze the final data.Results: Among the 60 patients who ultimately met the research criteria,the observation group had 30 cases with an effective rate of 83.3%,while the control group had 30 cases with an effective rate of 60%.The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In the outcome indicators,the28 day survival rate of the observation group was 83.3%,while the control group was 56.7%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Both groups of patients showed varying degrees of reduction in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and CPIS scores before and after treatment;Relevant inflammatory indicators,such as the absolute value of leukocytes,neutrophils,C-reactive protein,and Calcitonin,also decreased compared with those before treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant.The observation group was better than the control group.No abnormal safety indicators related to the experimental drug were found during clinical treatment.Conclusion: The research results indicate that the combination of Dayuan Decoction and Shengmai powder can inhibit the inflammatory response of patients with hydrocarbon resistant Gram negative bacilli pneumonia;Reduce the patient’s CPIS and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score;Improve the 28 day survival rate of patients;Combining with antibiotics can enhance efficacy,have high safety,and improve patient prognosis. |
