| Objective: To observe and evaluate the effect of Anshen Buxin Liuwei Pills on the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD)with associated psychiatric symptoms.Methods: A total of 117 GERD patients with mental and psychological symptoms admitted to the Department of Gastroenterology,the Second Clinical College of Medicine,Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities from December 2021 to October 2022 were selected and randomly divided into control group,Shugan Jieyu Capsule group and Anshen Buxin Liwei Pills group using SPSS26.0 software,with 39 cases in each group.Control group was given Esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets and Mosapride citrate dispersive tablets,Shugan Jieyu capsule group was additionally given Shugan Jieyu capsule on the basis of control group,Anshen Buxin Liuwei Pills group was additionally given Anshen Buxin Liuwei Pills on the basis of control group.The scores of reflux disease Questionnaire(RDQ),Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)before and after treatment were compared among the three groups,and the total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups were compared.Results: There was no significant difference in RDQ,SAS and SDS scores among the three groups before treatment(P>0.05),RDQ,SAS and SDS scores of the three groups decreased to different degrees after treatment.1.Symptom score:RDQ scores in Shugan Jieyu capsule group and Anshen Buxin Liuwei Pills group were lower than control group at the 4th and 8th week(P<0.05),there was no difference between Shugan Jieyu capsule group and Anshen Buxin Liuwei Pills group(P>0.05).2.Anxiety score: At the end of the 4th week,SAS score of Anshen Buxin Liuwei Pills group was lower than control group and Shugan Jieyu capsule group(P<0.05),there was no difference between control group and Shugan Jieyu capsule group(P>0.05).At the end of the 8th week,SAS scores in Shugan Jieyu capsule group and Anshen Buxin Liuwei Pills group were lower than control group(P<0.05),there was no difference between Shugan Jieyu capsule group and Anshen Buxin Liuwei Pills group(P>0.05).3.Depression score:SDS scores of Shugan Jieyu capsule group and Anshen Buxin Liuwei Pills group were lower than control group at the4 th and 8th week(P<0.05),there was no difference between Shugan Jieyu capsule group and Anshen Buxin Liuwei Pills group(P>0.05).4.Total effective rate: The total efficacy of control group,Shugan Jieyu capsule group and Anshen Buxin Liuwei Pills group were 59%,84.6% and82.1%,respectively.Statistical analysis showed that the total effective rate of Shugan Jieyu capsule group and Anshen Buxin Liuwei Pills group was higher than control group(P<0.05),there was no difference between Anshen Buxin Liuwei Pills group and Shugan Jieyu capsule group(P>0.05).6.Adverse reactions:The incidence of adverse reactions in Shugan Jieyu capsule group was higher than control group and Anshen Buxin Liuwei Pills group(P<0.05),there was no difference between control group and Anshen Buxin Liuwei Pills group(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Anshen Buxin Liuwei Pills and Shugan Jieyu capsules have certain clinical effect on GERD patients with mental and psychological symptoms,can effectively relieve anxiety and depression symptoms,reduce SAS and SDS scores.2.Anshen Buxin Liuwei Pills can improve the mental and psychological symptoms of GERD patients to the same extent as Shugan Jieyu capsules,with lower incidence of adverse reactions and higher safety. |
