| Purpose:1.Through retrospective research, the relevant influencing factors of vitamin D levels in Patients treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities and the correlation between low vitamin D levels and diseases of various systems were explored.2.Randomized controlled study of vitamin D drops alone and Mongolian medicine tonlaga-5 combined with vitamin D drops to evaluate whether tonraga-5 Promotes vitamin D absorption.Method:In this study, the case review method was used to select(2019-2022)inpatients with vitamin D deficiency in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Minzu University, and the correlation between 14 factors related to vitamin D deficiency(age, gender, occupation,Mongolian medical constitution type,Personality,BMI,smoking history, alcohol history, whether there was daily vitamin D supplementation, whether there was long-term oral Mongolian medicine, outdoor activity time, sleep status, eating habits, living environment)and vitamin D deficiency was collected and analyzed. The first 5 disease diagnoses reflected in the medical records of vitamin D deficiency Patients were statistically analyzed to look for correlations between low vitamin D levels and diseases of various systems.2.The randomized controlled clinical trial selected 66 Patients who met the diagnostic criteria in the outpatient clinic of Mongolian Medicine General Medicine of the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Minzu University from February 2022 to February 2023.The random method was divided into control group and observation group, with 33 cases in each group.Control:Oral vitamin D drops at 800 IU daily.Observation group:daily oral 800IU vitamin D drops Plus Mongolian medicine tonglaga-5 Powder, after breakfast:3g warm water.Treatment course is 4 weeks.Serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels were measured again after 4 weeks and statistically analyzed to assess efficacy.Results:1.A total of 979 subjects were collected in this study, with an average age of(57.49±11.31)and an average serum 25(OH)D level(14.96±5.56).Among them, there were 172 cases(17.6%)of vitamin D deficiency and 807(82.4%)of vitamin D deficiency. There were 403 cases(41.16%)in males and 576(58.84%)in females, among which the rate of vitamin D deficiency(60.69%)and deficiency rate(36.93%)in men;The rate of vitamin D deficiency(39.31%)and deficiency rate(63.07%)in women is higher than that of women with 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels.2.Statistics of different ages, body mass index(BMI),smoking history, drinking history,Mongolian medical Physical characteristics,Personality, eating habits(drinking tea, vegetables, fruits, nuts)and whether sleep time is sufficient, etc.were associated with low serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels in the Population, and no statistical association was found(P>0.05).3.The results of one-way ANOVA showed that low vitamin D levels were related to gender, outdoor activity time, staple foods and meat, and living environment factors, which were statistically significant(P<0.05);Vitamin D deficiency is strongly associated with neurological, endocrine and rheumatic immune system diseases and is statistically significant(P<0.05),consistent with the literature description.4.Multivariate logistic regression analysis results showed that women were more likely to lack vitamin D than men,2.043 times that of men,OR value and 95%CI was 2.043(1.413-2.968),outdoor activity time less than 1 hour and 1-2h are more likely to lack vitamin D than greater than 2h,and their OR value and 95%CI were 5.774(3.268-10.929),respectively.4.4517(2.927-6.909),association between low vitamin D levels and endocrine system and rheumatic immune system, with an OR and 95%CI of 1.874(1.291-2.743)and 4.263(1.486-18.047),respectively.5.The order of disease statistics from most to least is:hypertension, type 2 diabetes, hyperlipidemia, coronary heart disease, cerebral infarction, gastritis, arthritis, cerebral artery stenosis, chronic obstructive Pulmonary disease,Pneumonia.6.Clinical efficacy observation:Mongolian medicine tonlaga-5 combined with vitamin D drops has a significant absorption effect compared with oral vitamin D drops alone, with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The average serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D of inpatients in the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia University for Nationalities was low,and vitamin D deficiency and insufficiency were widespread.2.Less time outdoors is an independent risk factor for low vitamin D levels,in which women are more likely to be deficient.3.Vitamin D levels are associated with endocrine and rheumatic immune system diseases, and no statistical association between vitamin D levels and cardiovascular system diseases was found in this study.4.Clinical trials have shown that Mongolian medicine tonglaga-5 can Promote the absorption of vitamin D drops, which is consistent with the theory that Mongolian medicine tonglaga-5 Promotes the separation of essence from waste and Promotes the absorption of essence, and can be Promoted in clinical use. |
