Theoretical Research On Regulating Kidney Qi Treatment Based On The Organ Qi Mechanism

Objective:The theory of visceral qi mechanism is one of the core contents of traditional Chinese medicine visceral theory and an important theoretical basis for clinical treatment of visceral diseases.Starting from regulating visceral qi mechanism to treat visceral diseases is a common clinical treatment method.After searching relevant literature,it was found that the current treatment methods for regulating the visceral and qi mechanisms attach great importance to the overall regulation of the visceral and qi mechanisms.The regulation of each organ’s qi mechanism focuses on explaining the organs with obvious ascending and descending of qi,as well as the relatively obvious aspect of each organ’s qi mechanism.However,for the organs with unclear ascending and descending of qi,as well as the relatively inconspicuous aspect of each organ’s qi mechanism,there is still room for further exploration in terms of the symptoms of qi dysfunction and the treatment methods for regulating the ascending and descending of qi.There is a lack of detailed theoretical discussion and clinical treatment research on the qi mechanism of the kidney,especially the relatively implicit aspect of the rising kidney qi in its qi mechanism.This indicates that there is still a need for further research and in-depth development in the theory of kidney qi mechanism and the treatment of kidney qi disorders.Therefore,this study is based on the theory of visceral qi mechanism,starting from deepening the research and elucidation of the theory of kidney qi mechanism,and discussing the characteristics of kidney qi mechanism and the relationship between kidney qi mechanism and other visceral qi mechanisms in a clearer and more three-dimensional manner.It aims to further study the etiology,pathogenesis,and related treatment methods of corresponding kidney qi disorders,in order to deepen the theoretical research of kidney qi regulation treatment based on visceral qi mechanism,and more accurately guide the treatment of clinically related kidney qi disorders.Methods:This study mainly uses a combination of theoretical exploration and literature analysis to conduct research.After a systematic review and analysis of ancient and modern literature on the qi mechanisms of the organs and kidneys,it categorizes and organizes theoretical discussions related to the qi mechanisms of the organs and kidneys.Firstly,the main content of the theory of visceral qi mechanism was summarized,and an attempt was made to analyze its philosophical basis and principles;Emphasis was placed on elaborating the theory of kidney qi mechanism,especially the characteristics of kidney qi mechanism,and analyzing the relationship between kidney qi mechanism and other visceral qi mechanisms;Then,the etiology and pathogenesis that affect the qi mechanism of the kidney were proposed,which can be divided into kidney disease and other visceral diseases;Finally,a theory of regulating kidney qi based on visceral qi mechanism was proposed by integrating the theory of kidney qi mechanism and the etiology and pathogenesis that affect kidney qi mechanism,and typical medical cases and prescriptions were listed for analysis.Results:This study proposes that the qi mechanism characteristics of the kidney include three parts: the rise of kidney qi,the decrease of kidney qi,and the turning of kidney qi.In addition to the turning of kidney qi,both the rise and fall of kidney qi have corresponding temporal motion characteristics and spatial position changes.Based on the above characteristics of qi,it is advisable to comply with the characteristics of kidney qi in clinical treatment of kidney qi disease syndrome.For example,in the case of kidney qi weakness,when tonifying contains a turning point of ascending and descending,it is necessary to comply with the spatial position changes of kidney qi,in order to tonify without any mistakes.Furthermore,it was proposed that in the interrelationship between the organs and qi mechanisms,the characteristic of kidney qi rising in the ascending organs is that both the descending and ascending are present,the descending and ascending are reversed,and the ascending is for dormancy.The corresponding manifestation is that in the descending organs,the characteristic of kidney qi descending is mainly descending,with a gradual descending and a descending for the purpose of closing the reservoir.The etiology and pathogenesis that affect the rise and fall of kidney qi are both the inability of kidney qi to rise and fall due to self disease and the inability of other visceral diseases to rise and fall.Therefore,the corresponding treatment methods are regulating the rise and fall of kidney qi itself and regulating the rise and fall of other visceral organs.Conclusion:Through the comprehensive and in-depth study of the theory of kidney qi and the further analysis of the etiology and pathogenesis of the disorder of kidney qi ascending and descending,the physiological qi characteristics and pathological influencing factors of kidney qi are clarified more clearly and stereoscopically,and the corresponding content of the theory of regulating kidney qi based on the visceral qi mechanism is further clarified and enriched,It is helpful to guide the treatment of clinically related kidney qi disorders more concretely and accurately based on the theory of regulating kidney qi based on viscera qi mechanism.
