1 BackgroundIn the context of the global pandemic of COVID-19,the influenza epidemic may impose a superimposed burden on human health.Medical personnel are at high risk of influenza, and the risk of infection and transmission of influenza is very high.Vaccination of influenza vaccine in the current season is recognized as the most effective and economical means to prevent influenza, reduce the severity and death related to influenza, effectively reduce the health hazards caused by influenza and the run on medical resources, and relieve the pressure of the medical system. However, the enthusiasm of the medical personnel in Nanshan District Hospital of Shenzhen for influenza vaccination is not high, and the vaccination rate is still at a low level.2 ObjectiveThe purpose of this study is improving the seasonal influenza vaccination rate of medical personnel in Nanshan District Hospital,Shenzhen, and evaluate the effect of setting specific seasonal influenza vaccination rate intervention measures on improving the influenza vaccination rate of medical personnel in Nanshan District,Shenzhen. The purpose of this study is to explore the influencing factors of influenza vaccination by medical personnel under the background of novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic, and provide reference for the government to formulate and promote vaccination strategies.3 Methods3.1 Non-randomized field intervention trialA non-randomized community intervention trial was used to group healthcare worker from 7 hospitals in Nanshan District,Shenzhen. There were 4599 people in 4 hospitals in the intervention group and 2139 people in 3 hospitals in the control group. From October 2021 to April 2022,the intervention group adopted the intervention model of "free vaccination+on-site vaccination+publicity reminder+ vaccination rate target requirements",and the control group adopted the intervention model of "free vaccination+on-site vaccination+publicity reminder";high-risk departments set the target of 80%vaccination rate, and low-risk departments take 60%as the vaccination target. After the end of the influenza season, the influenza vaccination information of the medical personnel of each hospital in the current season was collected, and summarized and analyzed to evaluate the effect of the intervention measures.3.2 Cross-sectional survey of influencing factors of influenza vaccine among medical personnelFrom June 2022 to October 2022,an electronic questionnaire was used to survey medical personnel in Nanshan District,Shenzhen City.Information about the vaccination of influenza vaccine in the current season of the influenza epidemic from 2021 to 2022,including demographic and sociological characteristics, attitudes towards influenza vaccine policies, and information sources of influenza COVID-19 was collected, and analyzed,to explore the influencing factors of influenza vaccine vaccination of medical personnel in the context of the current COVID-19.4 Results4.1 Influenza vaccination rate of medical personnel increased in the current seasonDuring the influenza epidemic season from 2021 to 2022,the vaccination rate of influenza vaccine for medical personnel in high-risk departments in the intervention group was 62.67%,the vaccination rate in the control group was 23.71%,and the absolute rate difference(ARD)between the two groups was 38.96%(P<0.05,95%CI=14.17%~63.75%);The vaccination rate of influenza vaccine for medical personnel in low-risk departments in the intervention group was 34.57%,while that in the control group was 22.96%.The absolute difference between the two groups was 11.61%(P>0.05);The vaccination rate of influenza vaccine among all medical personnel in the intervention group was 43.90%,while that in the control group was 23.19%.The absolute difference between the two groups was 20.71%(P>0.05).The intervention effect required by high vaccination rate has significant difference, while the intervention effect required by low vaccination rate has no significant difference.4.2 Influential factors of influenza vaccine for medical personnelLogistic regression model showed that gender, identification with the high risk of influenza infection of medical personnel, being consulted about influenza or related issues of influenza vaccine, vaccination of influenza vaccine in the last influenza epidemic season, vaccination of influenza vaccine in the current season of the elderly, children and partners in the family, and recommendation of vaccination of influenza vaccine in the current season to relatives, friends or patients during the current influenza epidemic season, and request of vaccination from medical units were all the influencing factors to promote the vaccination of influenza vaccine in the current season for medical personnel(P<0.05).Among the medical personnel who know about influenza or influenza vaccine, most of them know about influenza and influenza vaccine through public service announcement, short videos, ballads, rap songs, jingles and other audio and video materials; With regard to the platform or source of knowledge about influenza or influenza vaccine, medical personnel mainly learn about influenza and influenza vaccine knowledge through videos and articles pushed by websites, bulletin boards,We Chat official account, and "mini apps" of disease control and hospitals at all levels.5 ConclusionsSetting specific high standard vaccination rate targets can improve the influenza vaccination rate of medical personnel. In addition, efforts can be made to increase the vaccination rate of influenza vaccine among medical personnel by strengthening publicity and increasing their knowledge of influenza and influenza vaccines; It is recommended to use the websites and official account of CDC and hospitals at all levels as the main publicity platforms, and use audio and video as the media for publicity;Medical units require or encourage medical personnel to vaccinate influenza vaccine and recommend influenza vaccine to patients;Improve the influenza vaccine coverage rate for primary and secondary school students and the elderly,in order to increase the vaccination of influenza vaccines for medical personnel.
