| Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture on tension-type headache, comprehensively evaluate its clinical efficacy, and provide objective basis for acupuncture on tension-type headache.Methods:60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture at myofascial trigger points, and the control group was treated with routine acupuncture. After two consecutive courses of treatment, the visual analogue scale and headache comprehensive score were compared before and after treatment, and the curative effect was comprehensively evaluated. Results:The visual analogue score and headache comprehensive score of patients with tension-type headache in the treatment group and the control group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, the total effective rate was 89.66%in the treatment group and 79.31%in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);After treatment, the healing rate of the treatment group was 65.52%,and that of the control group was 37.93%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).It is suggested that the healing rate of the treatment group is higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.From the perspective of overall efficacy, both acupuncture at myofascial trigger points and traditional acupuncture points are effective in treating tension-type headaches, but the treatment group has better results with a higher healing rate.2.Compared with traditional acupuncture points, acupuncture at myofascial trigger points has more advantages in treating tension-type headache in terms of reducing headache intensity, frequency, duration, and accompanying symptoms.3.Acupuncture at myofascial trigger points has significant therapeutic effects in the treatment of tension-type headache and deserves further research and clinical promotion. |
