Clinical Research Of Shengjiangsan Modified Formula Decoction In The Treatment Of Sepsis With Stasis And Internal Obstruction

Objective:to observe the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)lift adjustment of party with routine therapy of poison and blood stasis type internal resistance of the therapeutic effect of evaluation lift adjustment in patients with sepsis stasis poison resistance type sequential organ failure Assessment(SOFA score),acute physiology and chronic health evaluation(APACHE Ⅱ score),the influence of its action mechanism were discussed,for the clinical treatment of sepsis stasis poison resistance type for reference.Methods:A total of 80 patients with sepsis who were hospitalized in the Emergency and Critical Care Medical Center of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to January 2023 were selected,and met the sepsis3.0 diagnostic criteria,and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation was stasis and internal obstruction type.The patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this study were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The general information,symptoms and signs and examination results of the patients were collected at admission.Both groups were given conventional western medicine treatment.The treatment group was given Shengjiangsan modified formula 200ml daily orally or nasogastric for 7 days,and the control group was given the same amount of warm water.In the course of the study,34 cases were included in the treatment group and 38 cases in the control group after excluding and dropping off some cases.After a 7-day course of treatment,the changes of the two groups of patients were re-evaluated on the 7th day,and the symptoms and signs,laboratory results,diagnostic scores and other data of the patients in each group were collected.The collected data were collated,and IBM SPSS 25.0 software was used for statistical and data analysis.The treatment group and the experimental group were compared after treatment to observe the clinical efficacy and situation of Shengjiang powder in the treatment of sepsis with blood stasis and internal obstruction.Results:The scores,laboratory results,monitoring results and other data of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were statistically analyzed.Firstly,after verification and comparison of the data before treatment on the first day of admission,it was found that some data such as lactic acid(Lac),platelet count(PLT),neutrophil percentage(NEUT%),procalcitonin(PCT),Glasgow coma score(GCS score),and TCM syndrome score did not fit the normal distribution.Body temperature,oxygenation index,white blood cell count(WBC),C-reactive protein(CRP),multi-organ sequential organ failure assessment(SOFA)and acute physiology and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ(APACHE Ⅱ)scores were in accordance with normal distribution.The treatment group and the control group were compared before treatment,and the results were all P>0.05.There was no significant difference between the two groups,which could be studied and compared.After 7 days of treatment,the results of the above scores and index retest were collected and compared with the data of the first day.The P values of APACHE Ⅱ score,GCS score,WBC,NEUT%,CRP and PLT in the control group were greater than 0.05,and the P values of TCM syndrome score,SOFA score,PCT,oxygenation index and Lac were less than 0.05.The P values of the above indicators in the treatment group were less than 0.05;The data of the two groups on the seventh day after treatment were compared between the two groups,and it was found that the P values of SOFA score and CRP were greater than 0.05,and the rest of the data were less than 0.05.Conclusion:the use of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)lift adjustment of one joint of conventional treatment methods,than only using conventional therapy to treat blood stasis drug resistance in patients with sepsis clinical curative effect is relatively better.The mechanism may be related to reduce inflammation caused by infection,improve the function of blood coagulation,improve hypoxia condition and so on.
