As people’s health awareness continues to increase,the demand for medical services has increased significantly.Outpatient clinics are the earliest and most frequent place for patients to come in contact with each other during treatment.Its service efficiency and quality will directly affect the work efficiency of follow-up departments and even the entire hospital.Therefore,the operation and management of medical outpatient clinics has always been one of the hot issues in the industry and academia.Due to the random arrival of patients,the limitation of medical resources,and the uncertainty of diagnosis and treatment time,there are several problems in the actual hospital outpatient service process:the waiting time for registration,waiting,and medicine collection is too long,which is prone to serious patients.The waiting queue is blocked;the medical treatment process is cumbersome,causing patients to queue repeatedly and increasing the difficulty of maintaining order in the hospital.These problems will lead to chaos in the outpatient environment of the hospital,which can easily lead to emotional dissatisfaction among patients.Studies have shown that when patient satisfaction is high,it will increase the sense of security and compliance,enhance the tolerance to discomfort and fear,and have a good impact on treatment.Based on the above background,this thesis develops a Web-based medical outpatient simulation system based on the research of discrete simulation system and queuing system.The system clearly displays the outpatient treatment process,doctor busyness,patient waiting status and other information in a visual way,providing an effective simulation tool for medical system administrators and researchers,helping to solve problems in the operation and management of medical outpatient services.The specific research content includes the following aspects:1)An overview of system-related theoretical knowledge.It mainly introduces the related concepts and composition of the discrete simulation system and the queuing system.By analyzing the characteristics of existing Web technology and the characteristics of medical outpatient services,the B/S architecture of the Django framework is determined as the implementation framework of the medical outpatient simulation system.2)Simulation system design and implementation.Firstly,the overall requirements of the simulation system are summarized and analyzed,and the basic functions of the system are described using the associated use case diagram.Secondly,the overall framework of the system and the design of functional modules are given,and the user interaction module,simulation animation display module,and medical process are described in detail Configure the relevant design content of the module and the data management module,and design the system database,construct the related ER diagram,and define the specific data table structure in combination with the ER diagram.Finally,the thesis gives the simulation system simulation based on the function module timing diagram Implementation process.3)Research on queuing rules in outpatient clinics.According to the dynamic priority strategy in queuing theory and the value function of prospect theory,a new outpatient queuing rule is proposed with the objective function of minimizing patient dissatisfaction.Through simulation experiments,it is verified that the proposed queuing rules can effectively reduce the dissatisfaction of outpatients.In addition,the influence of parameter changes on queuing rules under different patient ratios is also analyzed.To sum up,this thesis designs and develops a Web simulation system for outpatient clinics,which can provide a practical and effective simulation tool for outpatient medical management.Due to the easy portability of the development architecture,the system can be flexibly extended to fields such as manufacturing,logistics and commerce,providing effective method reference and technical support for the simulation of these complex systems.
