Objective: In this study,US-MRI fusion imaging was performed on focal lesions of the liver not detected by conventional ultrasound, combined with CEUS examination.By analyzing the detection rate and diagnostic rate of CEUS combined with US-MRI fusion images for focal lesions of the liver,to evaluate the diagnostic value of US-MRI fusion imaging combined with CEUS for Intrhepatic lesions and the feasibility of guided liver puncture. Methods: Collecting 51 focal liver lesions in 32 patients which were clearly shown in MRI examination, while the above lesions were not clear in routine ultrasound examination.US-MRI image fusion examination was performed on the liver, and the detection of intrahepatic lesions after fusion was recorded.Then,contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)was performed under fusion imaging to record the detection of the lesions and the perfusion patterns of the lesions by CEUS combined after fusion. The US,MRI,and CEUS features of the lesions were analyzed, the benign and malignant lesions were preliminarily diagnosed, and to evaluate whether the lesion is feasible for puncture biopsy under fusion imaging. The final diagnosis was made by comprehensive analysis of image features, pathological results and clinical follow-up results. Results: All 32 patients were successfully matched and the time interval between MRI examination and image fusion was about 0 to 30 days. After the US-MRI fusion,26 lesions(51.0%,26/51)were detected, the echo of the lesions was different from the surrounding tissue in the two-dimensional ultrasound images, and 46 lesions(90.2%,46/51)were different from the surrounding tissue after combined with CEUS examination. Both US-MRI fusion and CEUS-MRI fusion had a high detection rate of lesions, and the difference between two types of fusion of lesion detection rate was statistically significant(P<0.05).Initial diagnosis was obtained in 43 of 46 lesions, the initial diagnosis rate of lesions detected by CEUS-MRI fusion imaging was 93.5%(43/46).Using the final diagnostic result, the diagnostic coincidence rate of CEUS-MRI fusion imaging was 76.1%(35/46).Conclusion: Fusion imaging technology is a technology superior to single imaging examination.US-MRI fusion can improve the detection rate of focal lesions in the liver that are unclear and difficult to explore by conventional ultrasound,CEUS combined with US-MRI fusion imaging technology has a higher detection rate for lesions, the preliminary diagnosis rate and diagnosis coincidence rate of the lesions after fusion are higher, and it has a higher value for the focal lesions of the liver in the localization diagnosis and qualitative diagnosis. At the same time, under the guidance of precise positioning of fusion imaging, puncture biopsy can be performed for lesions that cannot be clearly displayed by conventional ultrasound, which provides more powerful evidence for the formulation of standardized and reasonable treatment plan, and shown great value in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of focal lesions of the liver.
