| BackgroundAs the index commonly used in immunohistochemical test,P53,Ki67,CK,CK7,Syn,CD56 are often used in the diagnosis and differentiation of various pancreatic malignant tumors. However, there are few researches related to pancreatic malignant tumors analyzed the correlation between their expressions and the clinical and prognostic significance.PurposeThe study was performed with the purpose of analyzing the correlation between the expression of P53,Ki67,CK,CK7,Syn,CD56 and clinicopathological feature, and exploring the effects of their expressions on the survival of patients with pancreatic malignant tumors.Which might provide ideas for the treatment of pancreatic malignant tumors.MethodsAll the medical records of patients with pancreatic malignant tumors who received surgery in the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery,Nanfang Hospital,Southern Medical University from January 2016 to April 2021 are collected.Immunohistochemical sections of P53,Ki67,CK,CK7,Syn and CD56 that we need were borrowed from the department of Pathology, which were re-analyzed and scored by pathological doctor. The correlation between the expression of proteins we researched and clinicopathological features was analyzed by Chi-square test or Fisher’s test.Kaplan-meier method and COX proportional risk regression model were used for survival analysis.Results1.The expression of P53 was not significantly associated with the clinicopathological features we analyzed. However, significantly, lymph node invasion, distant metastasis,TNM stage, the preoperative serum levels of CA199,ALT,AST and TBIL were associated with the expression of Ki67.There was also significant correlation between the expression of CK and the status of age, lymph node invasion, perineural invasion, distant metastasis,TNM stage, the preoperative serum levels of CA199,ALT and AST.The status of distant metastasis,TNM stage, the preoperative serum levels of CA199,AST and TBIL was markedly associated with the expression of CK7.And the status of gender and the preoperative serum levels of CA199 was markedly correlated with the expression of Syn,while the status of lymph node invasion, perineural invasion, distant metastasis,TNM stage, the preoperative serum levels of TBIL.Furthermore, there were statistically significant correlation between malignant degree of pancreatic tumor and the expressions of Ki67,CK,CK7,Syn and CD56.2.Bioinformatics analysis implied that there was no significant association between the expression of P53 and prognosis in pancreatic cancer. However, lower expressions of Ki67 and CK7,and higher expressions of Syn and CD56 indicated a more favorable overall survival and disease free survival.3.Univariate analysis found that the expression of P53 had no significant influence on the prognosis of pancreatic malignant tumor, while lower expressions of Ki67 and CK7,and higher expressions of Syn and CD56 indicated a more favorable overall survival, recurrence free survival and disease special survival.4.COX regression multivariate analysis displayed that Ki67 and CK7 were independent influence factors for overall survival rate and recurrence free survival rate of pancreatic malignant tumor, the same to the significance of CK7 expression for disease special survival.5.The expression of Ki67 and CK7 were markedly positively correlated.Conclusion1.The expression of P53 was not significantly associated with the clinicopathological features, while the expressions of Ki67,CK,CK7,Syn and CD56 were respectively related to different clinicopathological features in pancreatic malignant tumor.2.The expression of P53 had no significant influence on the prognosis, while the expression of Ki67,CK,CK7,Syn and CD56 obviously affected the prognosis of patients with survival in pancreatic malignant tumor.Ki67 and CK7 expressions were independent influence factors for overall survival rate and recurrence free survival rate of pancreatic malignant tumor, the same to the significance of CK7 expression for disease special survival. |
