Objective:Different endometrial preparation regimens on the effect of frozen embryo transplantation(FET)pregnancy outcome of Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)patients. Methods:Retrospective Analysis of the data data of the PCOS patients in PCOS patients during December 2017 to December 2020,a total of 198 cycles. In line with different endometrial preparation schemes, they were drawed into hormone replacement cycle group(HRT group,n=66),letrozole ovulation induction cycle group(LE group,n=52),and hormone replacement cycle group after down-regulation(down-regulation group,n=80).Then,using body mass index(BMI)as the stratified basis, the effects of different endometrial preparation schemes on pregnancy outcomes were analyzed.Divided into 2groups according to BMI:18.5kg/m~2≤BMI<24kg/m~2 was normal group(group A),BMI≥24kg/m~2 was overweight/obesity group(group B).Group A was divided into 3 subgroups:HRT group(group 1,n=46),LE group(group 2,n=40),down-regulation group(group 3,n=48).Group B was similarly divided into 3 subgroups:HRT group(group 4,n=20),LE group(group 5,n=12),and down-regulation group(group 6,n=32).Comparative analysis of data from different groups.Results:1.Comparison of different endometrial preparation regimen groups:Compared with the HRT group and the LE group, the implantation rate, clinical pregnancy rate, continuous pregnancy rate, and live birth rate of the down-regulation group all increased, and the abortion rate decreased, but the difference was not statistically significance(P>0.05).2.Subgroup comparison of different cycle schemes in different BMI groups:In the normal BMI group, the continuous pregnancy rate of the down-regulation group was significantly higher than that of the HRT group, the live birth rate was significantly higher than that of the HRT group and LE group, and the abortion rate was significantly lower than that of the HRT group and LE group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two comparisons(P>0.05).3.Comparison of different BMI groups:The implantation rate, clinical pregnancy rate, continuous pregnancy rate, and live birth rate of the normal BMI group were significantly higher than those of the overweight/obese group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.PCOS patients underwent FET cycle, and the clinical pregnancy rate, continuing pregnancy rate and live birth rate of patients with normal BMI were significantly higher than those of patients with BMI≥24kg/m~2.It is recommended that overweight or obese PCOS patients lose weight before FET to control BMI within the normal range.2.For PCOS with normal BMI,FET cycle, the use of down-regulated hormone replacement program can effectively improve the continuous pregnancy rate, live birth rate, and reduce the miscarriage rate. |
