| Pueraria,Pueraria lobata(Willd.)Ohwi,is a common leguminous plant.It is a kind of Chinese herbal medicine whose medicinal part is dry root.It has the effect of relieving muscle and reducing fever,raising Yang and stopping diarrhea.In addition,it is also commonly used to promote fluid and quench thirst and break through rash.The National Health Commission has identified it as a drug with the same origin as food.Gynostenosides gynostenosides has cold and bitter taste,and is often used for nourishing and health care.It can improve fat metabolism,enhance physical fitness,fight cancer and delay aging.Because the acid hydrolysate of gynostenosides has the same physical and chemical properties as ginseng diol,it is also known as "southern ginseng".This paper selects gynostemma pentaphylla and pueraria root as raw materials to produce a functional effervescent tablet.The effect of this product on lipid metabolism in obese mice was further discussed,and the lipid-lowering function of this product was evaluated.1.The compound effervescent tablets of Pueraria lobata and gynostemma pentaphyllum was made from Pueraria extract and gynostemma pentaphyllum extract.the processing technology was discussed,and the sensory evaluation was made.The disintegrating agent was determined to be L-malic acid and sodium bicarbonate,and the ratio of sucralose to erythritol was 4:6.The addition amount of disintegrant was determined to be40% by disintegration time limit,foaming amount and solution p H value,and the addition amount of lubricant PEG6000 was determined by particle rest angle,appearance and disintegration time.The filling agent was maltodextrin.The optimum values of gynostemma pentaphyllum extract,sweetener and acid source ratio in disintegrant were15.00%、1.00% and50.00%,respectively.The optimal formula was: pueraria root extract 14%,gynost’ pentangea gynost’ extract 15%,total disintegrating agent 40%(L-malic acid: sodium bicarbonate =1.2:1),sucralose and erythritol 1.00%(ratio 4:6),PEG6000 dosage 6%,maltodextrin 24%.2.The quality and stability of Gegen gynostemma pentaphyllum compound effervescent tablets is effervescent tablets has a yellowish brown appearance,fragrant gas and slightwere evaluated.Thly sweet taste,indicating no fracture,no deformation,no impurity pollution,the average sheet weight is 1.005 g,the weight difference ranges from-2.52% to3.46%,and the average disintegration time is 5.37 min.The average weight loss rate of the brittleness of the tablet is 0.24%,the average hardness is 121.63 N,the moisture absorption rate is 0.24%,microbiological limits that meet international standards.3.C57BL/6J mice were induced by high fat and high sugar diet to establish an obese animal model.At the same time,40 mice were divided into 5 groups by intervention with pueraria pentaphylla effervescent tablets: Normalchowdiet(NCD),Highfatdiet group(HFD),Highfatdiet + compound effervescent tablet low dose group(HFD+LGJ),Highfatdiet+compound effervescent tablet medium dose group(HFD+MGJ)group.After feeding for 6weeks,the food intake,body weight and body fat of experimental animals in each group were compared,and the serum lipid level,epididymal fat pad and liver fat weight,and liver lesions were detected.As a result,there was no significant difference in food intake between the groups,but it was clear that the HFD group was heavier than the NCD group,accompanied by abdominal obesity and liver fat deposition.The mice in the low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose groups of pueraria gynostemma pentaphyllum effervescent tablets had a slower rate of weight gain,and their body fat could be kept within the normal range.Compared with HFD group,the levels of LDL-C,TC and TG were significantly decreased,while the level of HDL-C was higher than that of HFD group.The results showed that the product could significantly improve the lipid metabolism disorder of obese mice,reduce the level of serum invertase and inflammatory factors,and have the potential function of regulating body fat. |
