To Explore The Diagnosis And Treatment Rules Of Professor Xuhuimei’s Treatment Of Tachyarrhythmia With Anxiety Based On Data Mining

Objective:Through data mining of the outpatient medical records of Prof.Huimei Xu for the treatment of tachyarrhythmia with anxiety,we conclude that Prof.Huimei Xu’s treatment pattern of syndrome differentiation and drug use in this disease,summarize his clinical experience and academic thought,and provide a reference of syndrome differentiation and drug use in the clinical treatment of this disease,thereby improving the clinical efficacy.Methods:We collected 200 cases from the outpatient clinic of Prof.Huimei Xu for the treatment of tachyarrhythmia with anxiety between August 2017 and December 2021.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the eligible outpatient cases were selected.After canonical collation,the first diagnosis data of the medical record were entered into the TCM transmission calculation platform,and statistical analysis was performed on patient information,symptoms,syndromes,medication characteristics,and group rule with the help of its data statistical analysis function.According to the analysis results,the syndrome differentiation,medication ideas as well as academic thought of Prof.Huimei Xu for the treatment of this disease are summarized.Results:1.there were 129 female patients(64.50%)and 71 male patients(35.50%)in this study.The incidence rate of female patients was higher than that of male patients.The age distribution is mainly between 40 and 70 years old,a total of 151 people,accounting for75.50%.2.there are 46 clinical symptoms in total,and the top 10 symptoms in frequency are:panic,anxiety,upset,shortness of breath,poor sleep,chest tightness,fatigue,irritability,dry mouth and neck discomfort.3.there are 7 syndrome types involved in this study: Qi deficiency,blood stasis and phlegm obstruction;Phlegm and blood stasis;Qi deficiency and blood stasis;Qi and yin deficiency;heart and lung yin deficiency;evil invading Shaoyang;phlegm and fire disturbing the heart.4.The principles and methods of treatment are:Supplementing Qi,calming nerves,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,resolving phlegm,nourishing Yin,clearing heat,and reconciling Shaoyang.5.four Qi and five flavors and meridian tropism: the four Qi are mainly cold,warm and mild drugs;The five flavors are mainly sweet,bitter and acrid;The main meridians are liver,heart,lung and spleen meridians.6.the drugs mainly include tonifying deficiency,relieving exterior symptoms,calming nerves,clearing away heat,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,relieving cough,resolving phlegm and relieving asthma.7.a total of 98 traditional Chinese herbals were used.The top 15 traditional Chinese herbals were: astragali radix,chuanxiong rhizoma,raw ostreae concha,raw draconis os,bupleuri radix,angelicae sinensis radix,margaritifera concha,sophorae flavescentis radix,scutellariae radix,nardostachyos radix et rhizoma,ziziphi spinosae semen,chloriti lapis,cinnamomi ramulus,curcumae radix and trichosanthis fructus.8.Analysis results of formula rules: There are 79 groups of high-frequency medication modes in total,including 28 groups of 2 Chinese herbals combinations,32 groups of 3 Chinese herbals combinations,16 groups of 4 Chinese herbals combinations,3 groups of 5 Chinese herbals combinations.And we get the usual drug pairs: astragali radix and chuanxiong rhizoma,raw draconis os and raw ostreae concha,bupleuri radix and scutellariae radix.Six core combinations are obtained through cluster analysis,and their basic framework consists of "Buyang Huanwu Soup" and "Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Soup".Conclusion:1.the pathogenesis of this disease is based on Qi deficiency,with blood stasis,phlegm turbidity and qi stagnation as the standard,and more deficiency and excess are mixed,and deficiency and excess are transformed;The location of the disease mainly lies in the heart and liver,involving the spleen and lung.2.common syndrome types: Qi deficiency,blood stasis and phlegm obstruction;Phlegm and blood stasis;Qi deficiency and blood stasis;Qi and yin deficiency.3.cold and heat can be evenly adjusted in treatment,and both sweet and bitter can be used;Based on Supplementing Qi and calming the mind,it pays attention to promoting blood circulation,resolving phlegm,regulating qi and nourishing yin.4.academic thought: suit measures to individual conditions and pay attention to the whole;Disease and syndrome are changeable,and prevention and treatment are both important;Syndrome differentiation is based on Qi and blood;Complex prescriptions are good at treating difficult and miscellaneous diseases,Make full use of the drug pairs and groups;Flexibly use the classics and attach importance to modern research achievements.
