Research On Financial Support Of Z Bank To Medical Community Under The New Medical Reform Environment

Financial poverty alleviation plays a decisive role in helping to win the battle against poverty and realizing rural revitalization.Healthy countryside is not only an important goal of rural revitalization but also a supporting guarantee for rural revitalization.With "county hospitals as the leading role,township hospitals as the hub,and village clinics as the basis",building the county medical service system of county,township and village linkage is the focus of the construction of the medical community.The construction of medical community plays an important role in promoting the improvement of rural diagnosis and treatment level and service system,and is an effective way to promote healthy countryside.However,the existing research on financial support for medical community mostly viewpoint discussion,less empirical research,has not yet formed a mature system,there is a lot of space for optimization,this paper based on Z bank for the medical community financial support,discusses the business development difficulties,improvement opinions,to a certain extent can promote the innovation of banking business,and improve the related content of the financial poverty alleviation,through financial power medical to boost rural revitalization.The whole paper discusses the basic theory,the development difficulties of the financial support of Z bank to the medical community.Taking the practice of Bank Z providing financial support for medical communities as a case,it first introduces the background of Bank Z providing financial support to medical communities,discusses the basic situation of medical communities in Henan Province,and analyzes the dilemma of medical communities under the new medical reform environment.There are mainly problems of the imperfect infrastructure construction of grassroots member units of medical community,the informatization level of member units of medical community is not high,and the number,structure and quality of health personnel of member units of medical community urgently need to be improved.Second introduces the Z bank by meet the medical community member unit diversified financing needs,support the county medical community information platform construction,expert guidance,entity cash pool,household,public deposits,generation,derivatives,financial services,and network to meet the diversification of financial needs,solve the medical community dilemma,support the development of grassroots medical institutions,so as to promote the healthy rural construction.Then we summarize the problems and deficiencies of Bank Z in the process of providing financial services to the medical community.There are problems such as lack of perfect risk guarantee system,lack of joint cooperation among various departments,imperfect supervision and assessment mechanism,new challenges facing business innovation,and the acceptance of financial assistance needs to be further improved.Finally,the "strengthening risk control mechanism,strengthening government guidance,implementing effect assessment and supervision,innovation driven,facilitating development,strengthening summary and publicity" and other specific measures,are proposed to further promote the development of the medical community and rural revitalization.
