Research purposes:By acupuncture at the Daling acupoint on the right side of healthy and sub-healthy subjects, infrared thermal imaging technology was used to observe the changes in skin temperature at Daling,Jianshi and Quze points at different time, and to explore how the Dal ing point affects bilateral skin temperature of Pericardium Meridian of Hand Jueyin. It provides a theoretical basis for clinical acupuncture research in using the giant needling method and the theory of sensory transmission along the meridian.Research method:Thirty sub-healthy young subjects who met the inclusion criteria were recruited as the sub-health group, with 13 males and 17 females, with an average age of 24.83±3.23.30 healthy young subjects were recruited as the healthy group, with 14 males and 16 females, the average age was 25.60 ± 3.04.All subjects were from undergraduate and master students of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.A single-use acupuncture needle with a size of 0.35*40mm was used to directly pierce the right Dal ing point of the subjects by 0.3-0.5 cun.The subjects exposed both upper limbs, and the infrared thermal imager was used to record the skin temperature of the bilateral Daling points,Jianshi points, and Quze points in different time which include acupuncture, immediately before the acupuncture, retained the needle for 10 min,20 min,and 30 min,and immediately after the acupuncture,10 min,20 min,and 30 min after the acupuncture.During the experiment, the subjects kept standing and did not do any manipulations.IBM SPSS 2 5.0 was used for statistical analysis, and P<0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.Result:1.Sub-health group(1)After acupuncture at the right Daling point,it was observed that the skin temperature of the opposite side Daling point had no obvious trend of change before the needle insertion and the skin temperature immediately after the needle insertion.(P>0.05),the skin temperature increased from 10 minutes to 30 minutes after needle retention, and the skin temperature changed significantly at each time point(P<0.0 5).The skin temperature decreased by 30min after needle exit, there were significant changes in temperature(P<0.05).(2)Acupuncture at Daling acupoint on the right side,it was observed that there was no obvious trend of skin temperature change on the same side between Jianshi and Quze points before the needle insertion and the skin temperature immediately after the needle insertion. There was no statistical significance(P>0.0 5).The skin temperature showed an increasing trend from 10 min to 30 min of needle retention, and there were significant changes in skin temperature at each time point(P<0.05).The skin temperature decreased by 30min after needle exit, there were significant changes in skin temperature at each time point(P<0.05).(3)Acupuncture at Daling acupoint on the right side,it was observed that the skin temperature of Jianshi and Quze points on the contralateral side had no obvious trend of change before and immediately after the acupuncture, but the difference between the immediate and 10 min of needle retention. There was no statistical significance(P>0.0 5),the skin temperature showed an increasing trend from 10 min to 30 min of needle retention, and there were significant changes in skin temperature at each time point(P<0.0 5).The skin temperature decreased by 30min after needle exit, there were significant changes in skin temperature at each time point(P<0.05).2.Healthy groupAcupuncture at the Daling acupoint on the right side was used to observe the skin temperature of the bilateral Daling,Jianshi, and Quze points. There was no obvious change in skin temperature in the whole experiment, and the temperature changes at each time point were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1 Acupuncture at the Daling acupoint on the right side can increase the temperature of the Daling acupoint,Jianshi acupoint, and Quze acupoint on the same side.2 Acupuncture at the right Dal ing point causes the temperature change of the left Dal ing point, which provides the basis for the clinical application of the"giant needling method".3 Comparing the healthy group with the sub-health group, the skin temperature of the bilateral Daling,Jianshi, and Quze has no obvious changes, suggesting that acupuncture at Daling has different acupuncture effects on people with different health states.
