Clinical Effect Of Zuoguiyin On Stable Angina Pectoris With Deficiency Of Heart And Kidney Yin

Objective:To observe the effects of Zuoguiyin on the clinical symptoms,the number of ischemic attacks,the duration of attacks,the amount of nitroglycerin and TCM syndrome score of patients with stable angina pectoris.To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Zuoguiyin on stable angina pectoris with heart and kidney Yin deficiency.Methods:The experiment select 54 outpatients who met the inclusion criteria from three departments of cardiovascular medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.They were divided into two groups including trial group(n=27)and control group(n=27)by random number table method.Trial group was given Zuoguiyin combined with conventional western medicine treatment,control group was given western medicine treatment.After 4 weeks of continuous administration,the clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome score,the amount of nitroglycerin,ischemia attack times and the duration of attacks were observed before and after administration.SPSS24.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis and data processing.Results:1.General data: There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in gender,age,disease course(P > 0.05).So the two groups were comparable.2.Scores of TCM syndrome : After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of 2 groups were decreased compared with before treatment(P < 0.05),and the improvement of the trial group was better than the control group(P < 0.05);The total effective rate was 84.62% in the trial group and 76.92% in the control group.3.The number and duration of ischemic attacks: After treatment,the number of ischemic attacks in two groups decreased compared with that before(P < 0.05),and the degree of reduction in trial group was better than the other one(P < 0.05);After treatment,the total ischemic attack time and the maximum duration of ischemic were decreased compared with those before treatment(P < 0.05),and the trial group was better than the control group(P <0.05).4.The amount of nitroglycerin in both groups decreased after treatment compared with before treatment(P < 0.05),and the trial group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Zuoguiyin combined with Western medicine can reduce the TCM syndrome score of patients with stable angina pectoris(heart and kidney Yin deficiency),and the effect is better than western medicine alone,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.2.Zuoguiyin combined with conventional Western medicine can reduce the number of ischemic attacks,total ischemic time and maximum ischemic time,and the trial group was a great deal better than the control group.3.Zuoguiyin combined with conventional western medicine can reduce the use of nitroglycerin in patients with stable angina pectoris,and the trial group was so much better than the control group.
