Clinical Observation On The Short-term Efficacy Of Laparoscopic Radical Resection Of Colorectal Cancer Combined With Raltetrexed Perfusion Chemotherapy

Objective:To observe and evaluate the short-term clinical efficacy of laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer combined with raltetrexed perfusion chemotherapy.Methods:In this study,60 patients with colorectal cancer who were admitted to gastrointestinal Surgery Department of Baise People’s Hospital from August 2019 to June2021 and met the following inclusion and exclusion criteria were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group,including 30 patients in the observation group（laparoscopic radical colorectal cancer surgery+intraoperative raltetrexed intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy+routine treatment）and 30 patients in the control group（laparoscopic radical colorectal cancer surgery+routine treatment）.Preoperative and postoperative hematological toxicity,hepatorenal toxicity（WBC,PLT,HB,ALT,AST,Cr）,immune function indexes（T lymphocyte subsets CD₃+,CD₄+,CD₈+,CD₄+/CD₈+）,inflammatory indexes（CRP,IL-6,PCT）,nutritional indexes（total protein,prealbumin,albumin）and tumor markers（CEA,CA19-9）.Postoperative recovery related indicators（postoperative exhaust time,postoperative feeding time,abdominal drainage tube removal time）,postoperative adverse reactions（abdominal pain,abdominal distention,diarrhea,nausea and vomiting）and related complications（postoperative bleeding,intestinal obstruction,incision infection,anastomotic fistula）of patients in both groups.SPSS20.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.Normal distribution of measurement data was expressed as（（?）±s）,t test was used for analysis,and x²test was used for counting data.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:（1）There were no significant differences in postoperative recovery related indicators,incidence of adverse reactions and complications,hematological toxicity,hepatorenal toxicity,inflammatory indicators and tumor markers between the two groups（ALL P>0.05）.（2）There were no statistically significant differences in CD₃+,CD₄+,CD₈+and CD₄+/CD₈+between the two groups before and on day 1 after surgery（P>0.05）.On day 7after surgery,CD₃+,CD₄+,CD₈+and CD₄+/CD₈+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and CD₈+was lower than those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.（3）There were no significant differences in total egg content,prealbumin and albumin between 2 groups before and 1 day after surgery（P>0.05）;On the 7th day after operation,total egg hundred,prealbumin and albumin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion:Joint ray for song in laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical abdominal cavity perfusion chemotherapy is safe and no extension of the postoperative recovery time of gastrointestinal tract,no increase in the near future the incidence of adverse reactions and the related complications,can improve the cellular immune function of organism,but should pay attention to patients with postoperative nutritional status,give a nutrition support treatment in time,The level of tumor markers was not significantly decreased in the immediate postoperative period,and the follow-up time should be further extended.
