Objective:To investigate the effects of anxiety and depression on deceleration capacity of heart rate(DC)and acceleration capacity of heart rate(AC)in patients with chronic coronary artery disease, and to further evaluate the effects on cardiac autonomic nerve function. Methods:A total of 133 outpatients and inpatients in the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from March 2021 to November 2021 were selected and evaluated by the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale(GAD-7)and Patient Health Questionnaire(PHQ-9)respectively.According to the evaluation results of the scale and the presence of chronic coronary artery disease, they were divided into the following groups: coronary artery disease + anxiety and depression +(n=33),coronary artery disease + anxiety and depression-(n=28),coronary artery disease-anxiety and depression +(n=31),coronary artery disease-anxiety and depression-(n=41).The levels of DC and AC between groups were compared, and the influencing factors of DC and AC were analyzed by multiple linear regression. All subjects signed informed consent forms. Results:Results comparison between groups that coronary artery disease-anxiety and depression +、coronary artery disease + anxiety and depression-set of DC values were compared with coronary artery disease-anxiety and depression-group is reduced, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.050),coronary artery disease + anxiety depression-group AC appeared significantly lower than the coronary artery disease-anxiety and depression-group,there are statistically significant difference(P = 0.004 <0.050).Multiple linear regression analysis of DC and AC showed that age, mean heart rate, chronic coronary artery disease, anxiety and depression,β-blocker were the influencing factors of DC,while mean heart rate, chronic coronary artery disease were the influencing factors of AC.Conclusion:Anxiety and depression lead to impaired cardiac deceleration regulation, and chronic coronary artery disease combined with anxiety and depression will further lead to cardiac deceleration regulation disorder, autonomic nerve dysfunction, which may worsen the prognosis.
