| Objective:In this study,the objectives of this study were to explore the characteristics of the applicable population,applicable diseases,applicable symptoms and other evidence and treatment laws of Shuxie-0 Decoction,and combined with the medical case analysis,the condensation instructor used the Shuxie-0 Decoction to treat the characteristics of diabetes mellitus and insomnia,in order to carry out the transmission and exchange of clinical diagnosis and treatment characteristics.Methods:Part 1:1.Source: The cases originated from outpatient cases of Xiamen Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University between January 2019 and December 2021.Selected the effective case of Professor Yang Shuyu using the Shuxie-0 Decoction,and the general data and the four diagnosis information were completely recorded.2.Data collection and processing: Standardize and unify the use of disease name,clinical manifestations,tongue pulse and other information in the effective case of the Shuxie-0Decoction,and record it to the V2.3.6 version of the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform WEB terminal,IBM SPSS MODELER.18.0 version,data mining and analysis,in order to ensure database quality control,data information is checked by the other two members of the research team.3.Statistical methods: According to the purpose of research,statistical methods such as frequency analysis,cluster analysis,and association analysis are adopted.Part 2:1.Outpatient medical case analysis;2.Record with the teacher;3.Study the tutor’s books and papers;4.Communicate and discuss with the tutor,etc.Results:1.Basic information:(1)Gender distribution: 315 males(40.44%),female 464(59.56%);Also,the age of women is concentrated between 30-49 years old.(2)Age distribution: the minimum application age is 13 years old,the maximum is 86 years old,and the main age range is 30-59 years old;Moreover,329 women(s),or 62.43%,of whom were in the 30-59 age range,and 198 were men,or 37.57 percent.2.Tongue vein situation: tongue is dark and common,the frequency is about 48.91%,followed by red tongue,accounting for about 36.20%;the tongue body is dominated by tooth marks tongue,accounting for about 14.25%;the tongue moss is dominated by thin yellow moss,accounting for about 31.84%,followed by yellow greasy moss,the frequency is about15.79%;the pulse is dominated by compound veins,of which the veins are thin and the string slip is the majority,accounting for about 23.49% and 20.92% respectively.3.Disease distribution: The top 10 places of TCM disease distribution are: sleeplessness,thirst quenching,stomach pain,fullness,aphthous sores,cough,dizziness,tinnitus,constipation,plum nuclear qi,etc.There are 28 kinds of diseases involved in Western medicine,and the diseases with higher frequency are mainly: insomnia of the nervous system,mania,diabetes of the endocrine system,chronic gastritis of the digestive system,functional gastrointestinal diseases,mouth ulcers of oral diseases,chronic cough of the respiratory system,etc.4.Distribution,association and clustering of clinical manifestations: the total frequency of symptoms is 1560,the total number of symptoms is 157,and the top 10 clinical manifestations are: difficulty falling asleep,easy to wake up from sleep,stomach pain,fatigue,irritability,dreams,anxiety,sluggishness,acid reflux,dizziness.In terms of associative results,the highest degree of association between difficulty falling asleep and easy to wake up,with a confidence level of 0.93 and a support degree of 0.4,followed by difficulty falling asleep-irritability,support 0.37,confidence level of 0.92,and again difficulty falling asleep-stomach pain,support 0.36,confidence level of 0.91.The cluster results yielded three core groups of insomnia,gastrointestinal symptoms and emotional abnormalities: "difficult to fall asleep,easy to wake up from sleep,dreamy","stomach pain,acid reflux,and sluggishness".Conclusions:1.The application of Shuxie-0 Decoction is mostly female,mainly young and middle-aged women;the applicable tongue veins are mainly dark red tongue,tooth mark tongue,thin yellow moss,and compound veins(string fine veins or string slip veins).2.Shuxie-0 Decoction is widely used,of which sleeplessness,thirst quenching,stomach pain and other traditional Chinese medicine diseases are used more,Western medical diseases are mainly insomnia,diabetes and other nervous system,endocrine system diseases,and the rest of the mental and psychological diseases,digestive system diseases and so on.3.Shuxie-0 Decoction is mainly suitable for insomnia,gastrointestinal symptoms,emotional abnormalities three groups of core syndrome,specific manifestations of difficulty falling asleep,shallow sleep easy to wake up,dreams,stomach pain,acid reflux,dullness,anxiety,irritability,dizziness,fatigue,etc.,different symptoms are interrelated.4.Shuxie-0 Decoction can not only clear the heat and dissolve the phlegm,remove the pathological products such as phlegm turbidity and damp heat,but also can relieve the gas machine and smooth the mood.The instructor’s testimony firmly grasped the basic diseases of abnormal emotions and blocked gas machines,and expanded the scope of application of the classic recipe.5.Shuxie-0 Decoction to clear the heat and dissolve the phlegm,remove the phlegm turbidity,damp heat and other pathological products,sycabbon the gas machine,an d adjust the mood.Among them,the instructor used
