Objective: By analyzing the relationship between non-suicidal self-injury behavior, rumination, and autobiographical memory in adolescents with depressive disorder,to explore the negative cognitive characteristics of depressive patients with non-suicidal self-injury behavior,in order to improve the non-suicidal behavior of adolescent depressive disorder patients.Sexual self-injury behavior and restore the social function of patients provide new intervention ideas. Methods:The study is divided into two parts. In the first study,453 adolescent patients with depressive disorder who were diagnosed in the Psychological Clinic of Zunyi Medical University Affiliated Hospital,PLA Army Characteristic Medical Center, and the Second People’s Hospital of Guizhou Province were used as subjects.Behavior questionnaire, rumination thinking scale,Zung’s self-rating depression scale, data analysis using SPSS23.0 version for statistical analysis, data analysis using Pearson correlation analysis method to analyze the relationship between depression, rumination thinking and non-suicidal self-injury,using SPSS Macro program Process plug-in to analyze the mediating role of rumination on depression and nonsuicidal self-injury.In Study 2,after Study 1 found that rumination thinking was associated with non-suicidal self-injury,102 subjects collected later were further tested for autobiographical memory on the basis of a questionnaire survey.Data analysis first used a moderated mediation test to analyze whether the mediating effect of rumination on depression and nonsuicidal self-injury was mediated by overgeneralized autobiographical memory. After finding that the moderating effect was not significant,102 subjects were divided into a non-suicidal self-injury group and a non-suicidal self-injury group, and the self-injury group was divided into a high rumination thinking group and a low rumination thinking group.Differences in autobiographical memory in the two groups were analyzed by independent samples t-test.Results:(1)Characteristics of non-suicidal self-injury,rumination thinking and depression in adolescents with depressive disorder: non-suicidal self-injury(29.84±11.30),symptomatic rumination(36.94 ± 6.79),obsessive thinking(15.32 ± 3.23),depression(77.13±77.13±23)10.30)scores were significantly higher than those of males(26.78 ± 10.37,35.14 ± 7.56,14.48 ± 3.57,72.33 ± 12.18);the scores of non-suicidal self-injury(34.70 ± 10.52)and depression(80.00 ± 9.25)in the first grade were all significant higher than other grades.(2)The effect of depression degree on non-suicidal self-injury in adolescents with depressive disorder: the mediating role of rumination:Non-suicidal self-injury and total score of rumination thinking(r=0.34,P<0.01),symptomatic rumination(r=0.37,P<0.01),obsessive thinking(r=0.19,P<0.01),rumination(r=0.29,P<0.01),depression(r=0.46,P<0.01)were significantly positively correlated, depression and total score of rumination thinking(r=0.56,P<0.01),symptoms of rumination(r=0.63,P<0.01),Obsessive thinking(r=0.19,P<0.01)and introspection(r=0.34,P<0.01)were significantly positively correlated; The results of the mediating effect analysis showed that rumination thinking played a mediating role between depression and non-suicidal self-injury,with a mediating effect of 20.45%.(3)The effect of overgeneralized autobiographical memory on NSSI and its relationship with ruminant thinking: Overgeneralized autobiographical memory has no moderating effect on the process of NSSI in depression, and overgeneralized autobiographical memory in ruminant thinking mediates depression and the first half of NSSI,and there is no regulatory effect in the latter half of the pathway; The total score of rumination thinking(P<0.01),symptom rumination score(P<0.01),and generalized memory score(P<0.05)in the group without non-suicidal self-injury were significantly lower than those in the group with non-suicidal self-injury.The generalized memory was significantly higher than that of the non-suicidal self-injury group(P<0.05);the generalized memory of the low-rumination thinking self-injury group was significantly lower than that of the high-rumination thinking group self-injury group(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)The severity of depression and non-suicidal self-injury in women is significantly higher than that in men in adolescents with depressive disorder, and the junior high school grades were significantly higher than the high school grades.(2)There is a positive correlation between non-suicidal self-injury,rumination,and depression.Rumination and depression have predictive effects on non-suicidal self-injury behavior in adolescents with depression.Elevated levels of rumination as a negative cognitive trait mediate the relationship between depression and nonsuicidal self-injury.(3)Overgeneralized autobiographical memory has no moderating effect on mediating models of depression, rumination, and nonsuicidal self-injury.However,differential analysis showed that the occurrence of non-suicidal self-injury was related to the negative cognitive characteristic of increased overgeneralized autobiographical memory, and that increased overgeneralized autobiographical memory was related to rumination.
