| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiyang cup therapy combined with Wenweiyang decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD)due to spleen and stomach deficiency by combining infrared thermal imaging detection,and to observe Yiyang cup therapy combined with Wenweiyang decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia of spleen and stomach deficiency-cold type.The safety and efficacy of dyspepsia(FD),and the skin temperature changes of Rendu Ermai,Pishu,Weishu,Shenshu and Zhongjiao,and a preliminary study on Yiyang cup therapy combined with Wenweiyang decoction in the treatment of spleen and stomach deficiency-cold type Mechanism of action in functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods:Ninety-five patients who met the criteria were included and randomly divided into a treatment group of 31 cases,a traditional Chinese medicine group and a western medicine group of 32 cases each.The treatment group was treated with Yiyang cup therapy combined with Wenweiyang decoction,the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Wenweiyang decoction,and the western medicine group was treated with mosapride citrate.Before and after TCM syndrome scores,Nipin dyspepsia life quality index(NDLQI),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),recurrence,and Rendu Ermai,Shenshu,Pishu,Changes in skin temperature of Weishu and Zhongjiao.Results:(1)TCM syndrome scores:The total scores of TCM syndromes in the three groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05),all of which could improve TCM syndromes.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(P<0.05),the efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine group was better than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.(2)The efficacy of TCM syndromes:The efficacy of TCM syndromes in the three groups after treatment was 93.3% in the treatment group,73.3% in the TCM group,and 50% in the Western medicine group.There were significant differences between the treatment group and the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(P<0.05).(3)Infrared thermal imaging skin temperature:After 4 weeks of treatment,the infrared skin temperature of the treatment group and the traditional Chinese medicine group both increased,and the improvement of the skin temperature of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant;There was no significant improvement in infrared skin temperature,and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).(4)Score of quality of life:The NDLQI scores of the three groups decreased after treatment(P<0.05),and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.(5)Mental state score:After treatment,all three groups can reduce SAS and SDS scores,and improve anxiety/depression state(P<0.05).(6)Recurrence:The recurrence rate of the treatment group and the traditional Chinese medicine group was significantly lower than that of the western medicine group after 4 weeks of drug withdrawal(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Yiyang cup therapy combined with Wenweiyang decoction has significant curative effect on functional dyspepsia of spleen-stomach deficiency-cold type.In terms of improving TCM syndromes,the treatment group and the traditional Chinese medicine group are better than the western medicine group.(2)Yiyang cup therapy combined with Wenweiyang Decoction can significantly improve the symptoms of dyspepsia,improve the levels of NDLQI,SAS,SDS,and improve the skin temperature of Rendu Ermai,Pishu,Weishu,Shenshu and Zhongjiao,and improve the patient’s physical fitness Improved.(3)Infrared thermal imaging detection plays a certain role in disease diagnosis,curative effect monitoring and prediction,and provides new ideas for disease diagnosis and treatment. |
