Clinical Observation Of The Efficacy And Safety Of Oral Duloxetine And Pregabalin Combined With Spinal Electrical Stimulation On Posshpetic Neuralgia

Objective The clinical efficacy and safety of oral duloxetine and pregabalin combined with spinal electrical stimulation on postherpetic neuralgia were observed.Methods The 34 patients with postherpetic neuralgia admitted between September2020 and September 2021 in the Affiliated Hospital of Yanbian University were randomly divided into two groups: control group and experimental group.The control group was oral pregabalin combined with spinal electrical stimulation,and the experimental group was oral duloxetine(60 mg/d)and pregabalin combined with spinal electrical stimulation.Observe the pain level before and at 1 week,1 month,2months,3 months,visual analog scoring(VAS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),QL-Index scale to assess the quality of life,and record the occurrence of adverse reactions and complications.Result There was no significant difference between the two general groups before treatment(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in the index scores of the two groups(P>0.05);In both groups,VAS score,PSQI sleep quality index score and Hamilton anxiety(HAMA)score at 1 week,1 month,2 month and 3 month after treatment decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),The QL-Index scale scores all increased compared with before treatment(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,The PSQI sleep quality score and Hamilton anxiety(HAMA)score at1,2,and 3 months after treatment were more significant,The upward trend of the QL-Index scale score was also more pronounced,And the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05),Neither group showed significant complications during the observation period.Conclusion The combination of diloxetine,pregabalin and spinal electrical stimulation for PHN can significantly relieve posterior neuralgia in herpes zoster patients,improve sleep,reduce anxiety,and improve the quality of life of such patients.With reliable short-term effects and few adverse effects,it is worthy of its application in clinical practice.
