| Objective: To explore a kind of orthopedic animal anesthesia method with simple operation,high safety,good anesthesia effect,low cost and convenient drug purchase.Methods: Rabbits were divided into three groups,the experimental group was treated with sumianxin Ⅱ and pentobarbital sodium combined anesthesia,the negative control group was treated with pentobarbital sodium alone anesthesia,the positive control group was treated with Sumianxin Ⅱ and sutai combined anesthesia.Monitor various physiological and biochemical indexes.To observe the anesthetic effect of sumian xin Ⅱ and pentobarbital sodium during and before anesthesia on various indexes of rabbits.Results:1.In the experimental group,respiratory depression was obvious during anesthesia(P<0.01).During the middle period of anesthesia,the heart rate increased.At 50 min of anesthesia,the heart rate was 178.57 * ± 24.05 times·min-1(P<0.05).In the rest of the time,the heart rate did not change significantly(P>0.05).Body temperature continued to decrease significantly in the later stage of anesthesia(90 min later)(P<0.01),and there was no significant change in the rest of the time(P>0.05).Blood oxygen saturation increased slightly in the late anaesthesia period.At 100 min of anesthesia,the blood oxygen saturation was 93.71*±5.19%(P<0.05).It had no significant change in other times(P>0.05).In the positive control group,accelerated respiration appeared.At 90 min of anesthesia,it was 67.29*±18.3 times·min-1(P<0.05).At 100 min of anesthesia,it was 69.86**±11.73 times·min-1(P<0.05).The average breathing rate was also faster at other times than before anesthesia.The heart rate increased in the early stage of anesthesia.At 10 min of anesthesia,the heart rate was 202.57*±16.57 times·min-1(P<0.05).And it decreased in the late stage of anesthesia.At 100 min of anesthesia,the heart rate was 163.43*±30.51 times·min-1(P<0.05).Body temperature increased slightly in the early stage of anesthesia.At 30 min of anesthesia,it was 38.26*±0.79℃(P<0.05).But it decreased significantly in the late stage of anesthesia.At 90 min of anesthesia,it was 36.26*±0.53℃(P<0.01).The influence on rabbits’ blood oxygen saturation fluctuated greatly,which decreased slightly in the early period(P<0.05),increased slightly in the middle period(P<0.05),and increased significantly in the late period(P<0.01).2.After administration without additional medication,the average anesthesia time of the experimental group was 86.00±51.09 min which was much longer than that of the positive control group(P<0.01).In the experimental group,the induction period of anesthesia was longer(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the recovery time between the two groups(P>0.05).3.There was no significant difference in the total number of additional anesthetics needed to meet the one-hour anesthesia time between the positive control group and the experimental group,which is not statistically significant(P>0.05),but the number of vein addition in positive control group(0.71**±0.49 times)and experimental group(0.00±0.00 times)was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the difference is extremely significant.The basic positive control group could not meet the requirements of one-hour anesthesia time without additional intravenous administration,and the operation was complicated.4.Shutai 50 is well recognized for its safety in animal anaesthesia.There was no significant change in the laboratory indexes of the experimental group and the positive control group before and after anesthesia(P>0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference in the safety of anesthetic drugs between the experimental group and Shutai 50.5.Rabbits in the experimental group and the positive control group had no reaction during orthopedic surgery after entering the anesthesia period,and the anesthesia depth of both the experimental group and the positive control group could reach the degree of tolerance to orthopedic surgery.Conclusion:Somianxin Ⅱ_combined with pentobarbital sodium can provide a longer duration of anesthesia in rabbit orthopedic experiments,and the operation is convenient,and has no obvious effect on the biochemical indexes of rabbits. |
