| Objective: To analyze the influencing factors of early hematoma expansion in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in Hulunbeier area, and to explore the degree of influence of different factors on hematoma expansion in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods: From January 2019 to December 2021,HICH patients from the Department of Neurosurgery of Inner Mongolia Forestry General Hospital,Hulunbeier City People’s Hospital,Manzhouli City People’s Hospital and Zhalantun City Hospital were collected. The factors with no statistical significance were excluded by univariate analysis, and the statistically significant influencing factors were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis, and the predictive value of different influencing factors was discussed.Results:(1)Drinking history, admission Glasgow score, admission systolic blood pressure,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, initial hematoma volume, whether the initial hematoma shape was regular, whether the initial hematoma density was uniform, and whether the hematoma broke into the ventricle were the influences of hematoma expansion in HICH patients(2)Logistic regression analysis showed that:SBP on admission,GCS score on admission, initial hematoma volume, whether the hematoma was regular or not,and whether the hematoma broke into the ventricle were the independent influencing factors for hematoma expansion in HICH patients.Conclusion:(1)The results of this study showed that drinking history, admission GCS score,SBP,LDL-C on admission, initial hematoma volume, whether the initial hematoma shape was regular, whether the initial hematoma density was uniform, and whether the hematoma broke into the ventricle were the main factors for HICH hematoma expansion.Influencing factors;(2)GCS score on admission,SBP on admission, initial hematoma volume, whether the initial hematoma shape was regular, and whether the hematoma broke into the ventricle were the independent influencing factors affecting the expansion of the hematoma;(3)The results of this study have certain reference value for the diagnosis and treatment of HICH patients in Hulunbeier area. |
