| Objective To observe the effect of Erzhi Hegan decoction combined with entecavir on the expression of Treg(Foxp3)and PD-1/PD-L1 on the surface of CD4+T cells in peripheral blood of patients with chronic hepatitis B of "liver depression and kidney deficiency" type,and to improve the clinical symptoms of patients.Compared with entecavir alone,Erzhi Hegan prescription can regulate the immune mechanism of patients with chronic hepatitis B,so as to provide evidence-based medicine for the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Method 65 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into treatment group(32 cases)and control group(33 cases).The treatment group was treated with Erzhi Hegan Decoction plus ETV,while the control group was treated with ETV only.Before treatment,24 weeks after treatment and 48 weeks after treatment,the liver function,the third line of hepatitis B,the frequency of HBV DNA,Foxp3 and the expression level of PD-1/PD-L1 on CD4+T cells were detected,and the clinical symptoms were recorded.At the same time,the blood routine,urine routine,renal function,ECG and vital signs of the two groups were examined before and after treatment,and the safety was evaluated.Spss25.0 software was used to analyze the related experimental data.Results(1)After 24 weeks of treatment,the FOXP3 frequency of the two groups decreased compared with the baseline period,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);after 48 weeks of treatment,the FOXP3 frequency of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in the expression level of PD-1/PD-L1 on the surface of CD4+T cells between the two groups before and 24 weeks after treatment(P>0.05);after 48 weeks of treatment,the expression level of PD-1/PD-L1 on the surface of CD4+T cells in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).(3)The clinical effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Erzhi Hegan prescription can break the immune tolerance of the body by affecting the frequency of Foxp3 and the expression level of PD-1/PD-L1 on the surface of CD4+ T cells,so as to improve the immune mechanism of the body and enhance the antiviral ability.On the premise of combined use of antiviral drugs,Erzhi Hegan prescription can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the overall therapeutic effect. |
