Analysis Of The Influencing Factors And Countermeasure Of Cruciate Ligament Injury Combined With Deep Venous Thrombosis In Lower Extremity

Objective:To explore the influencing factors of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in patients with cruciate ligament injury before operation,and put forward the corresponding intervention countermeasures.Methods:From January 2015 to March 2019,110 patients with cruciate ligament injury were collected from the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery of North Sichuan Medical College.The clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.The influencing factors of preoperative DVT were analyzed by single factor and multifactor logistic regression.Results:There were 13 cases of DVT in 110 patients with ACL injury,the incidence was 12%.Single factor analysis showed that the influencing factors of DVT included age,injury part and routine anticoagulant treatment(P<0.05);multi factor Logistic regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of DVT included injury part and routine anticoagulant treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Age,portion of cruciate ligament injury and routine anticoagulant therapy are the related factors that affect the formation of deep vein thrombosis of lower extremity in patients with cruciate ligament injury before operation.
