The Clinical Observation Of Total Hip Arthroplasty Combined With Panax Notoginseng In The Treatment Of Hiposteoarthritis

Objective:To observe the effect of total hip arthroplasty(THA)combined with panax notoginseng in the treatment of hip osteoarthritis,Methods:64 patients with HOA from June2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given hip replacement combined with routine treatment.The observation group was given etanercept,infliximab or adamuramab on the basis of the control group.The pain score,Harris score,D2 polymer,Hemoglobin,APTT were observed before and after total hip arthroplasty.Results:There was difference in blood volume,operation time and postoperative drainage volume between the two groups(P > 0.05);There was significant difference in blood volume and postoperative drainage volume between the two groups(P > 0.05).there was no significant difference in pain score and Harris score between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05).After total hip arthroplasty,the pain score of the two groups decreased significantly,and the Harris score increased significantly,and the observation group was superior to the control group.There was no significant difference in Hemoglobin levels between the two groups before THA(P > 0.05).After THA,the Hemoglobin levels of the two groups were decreased,and the indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the D2 polymer levels of the two groups were increased.and there was no significant adverse reaction between the two groups.Conclusion:Total hip arthroplasty combined with panax notoginseng in the treatme nt of hip arthritispatients can significantly improve hip join tfunction,Reduce bleeding,P revent of thrombosis,promote the recovery of patients witjoint,and has good safety.
