| Background:Acute pancreatitis caused by a variety of causes, including high fatality rate of acute severe pancreatitis patients, and patients often accompanied by electrolyte disorder, past research has clearly indicate hypocalcemia is associated with prognosis, clinical work high natremia happen occasionally, and is associated with the prognosis may be[1].Of this study was to analysis the patients with acute severe pancreatitis high natremia physiological and biochemical indexes of different clinical characteristics, and explore whether patients with acute severe pancreatitis high natremia occurred more short-term adverse events and influencing factors of prognosis. Methods:It is a retrospectively analyzed in October 2016 to October 2017,during the first affiliated hospital of China medical university due to the emergency treatment of176 cases of patients with acute pancreatitis, generally collect patients(age, gender)and related clinical and biochemical index of amylase(AMS),lipase(LPS),c-reactive protein(CRP),D2 polymers(D-D),blood albumin(propagated),serum creatinine(Cr),serum potassium(K),serum sodium(Na),serum chloride(Cl),serum calcium(Ca),blood glucose(Glu),white blood cells(WBC);The acute pancreatitis diagnosis and treatment guidelines were divided into acute severe pancreatitis group(81 cases)with hypernatremia(33 cases).Acute non-severe pancreatitis group(96 cases),combined with hypernatremia(16 cases); And using statistical analysis method,to explore the patients with severe acute pancreatitis patients with acute severe pancreatitis blood sodium whether there is a difference, and further analysis of severe acute pancreatitis patients with high blood sodium with no short-term prognosis of adverse events in patients with high blood sodium whether there is a difference, and the effect of acute severe pancreatitis short-term prognosis of adverse events in patients with high blood sodium whether there is a certain correlation with clinical and biochemical indicators.Results:(1)the patient’s general condition(age, gender)had no obvious effect on the severity of acute pancreatitis(P>0.05),and had no significant effect on whether combined high natremia(P>0.05),(2)the degree of serum amylase and lipase increased with the severity of acute pancreatitis no relevance(P>0.05),(3)serum sodium in acute severe pancreatitis with acute differences exist in the patients with severe acute pancreatitis(P<0.05=(4)the participants work curve calculated is greater than 147.8tendency in severe acute pancreatitis patients serum sodium/L can be used as an evaluation of the short-term prognosis of adverse events in patients with acute severe pancreatitis indicator(5)serum calcium, blood glucose, serum creatinine and blood albumin high natremia occurred in severe acute pancreatitis short-term prognosis of adverse events in patients with severe acute pancreatitis high natremia short-term prognosis of adverse events happened not statistical differences between two groups of patients(P<0.05),serum calcium, blood glucose, serum creatinine, blood albumin can be used as severe acute pancreatitis in patients with high blood sodium the factors influencing the short-term prognosis of adverse events. Conclusion:Acute pancreatitis patients with severe acute pancreatitis patients serum sodium,short-term prognosis of adverse events in patients with acute severe pancreatitis hematic disease have a close relationship with sodium, serum creatinine, blood calcium, blood sugar and blood albumin can be used as a short-term prognosis of patients with acute severe pancreatitis high natremia risk factor for adverse events. |
