Clinical Observation Of He Yingchun In Treating Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Of Spleen-stomach

Objective By comparing Professor Ying-Chun He clinical application of San Ren Tong decoction in treating patients with chronic fatigue syndrome of spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome before and after comparison,we evaluated the therapeutic effect of San Ren decoction on chronic fatigue syndrome of spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome.And summarizes Professor He Yingchun treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome,the basic ideas and clinical experience.Methods Forty-five patients with chronic fatigue syndrome of spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome were treated with sequential therapy for three weeks.Two indicators of TCM symptom score scale and clinical effect of hyperhidrosis were used.Epidate data entry software was used to collect the initial score,Using Excel to calculate the integral data can be collated after the score table,the use of SPASS 21.0 pairs before and after treatment points t test contrast and analysis to reflect the value of sequential therapy in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome.Results After applying the sequential therapy to 45 patients collected in the outpatient department,the total effective rate of the TCM symptom score scale was 92.31%,the clinical cure rate was 41.03%,the significant rate was 27.18%,and the effective rate was 27.78%.The invalid rate is 8.33%.The total effective rate of the chronic fatigue syndrome severity scale was 82.05%,the clinical cure rate was 15.38%,the significant rate was 35.90%,the effective rate was 30.77%,and the ineffective rate was 17.95%.The differences between the two evaluation methods before and after treatment were statistically significant,p<0.05.Conclusion Sanren Decoction can significantly improve the fatigue and fatigue frequency of patients with chronic fatigue syndrome,reduce fatigue symptoms,improve the patient’s mental state,and has obvious therapeutic effect on spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome patients,thereby improving the patient’s quality of life.Prof.He Yingchun used the method of clearing away heat and dampness,advising the qi machine,and had a good clinical effect on the chronic fatigue of spleen-stomach damp-heat type.
