Objective Worldwide, stroke(cerebral, stroke)is an important cause of severe,long-term disability.Biological and neural feedback therapy is a new potential tool in the rehabilitation of stroke. This study through the observation of electromyographic biofeedback therapy(electromyography biofeedback,therapy,EMG-BFT)on the effect of hemiplegic patients with ischemic stroke side function, upper limb motor function and ability of daily life, the objective evaluation of EMG-BFT in early ischemic stroke rehabilitation treatment effect, provide the research basis for the application of rehabilitation therapy in the clinical field. Methods Select clinical samples of 90 cases in our hospital rehabilitation department from January 2015 to December 2016 were first ischemic stroke patients with early rehabilitation(duration of less than 14 days). The test plan was approved by the ethics committee of Second People’s Hospital of Yiwu. The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group(45 cases)received routine exercise rehabilitation therapy. The treatment group(45 cases)received routine exercise rehabilitation therapy and biological electromyographic feedback therapy. The treatment lasted for 8 weeks(4 weeks for 1 courses, and 2 courses of treatment).Using the Brunnstrom rating scale,EMGBFT instrument,Fugl-Meyer motor function scale(Fugl-Meyer,Assessment,FMA),modified Barthel index(Modified Barthel,Index,MBI)treatment of patients were assessed before treatment and 4 weeks and 8 weeks after each observation index, and statistical analysis. Results ①Compared with before treatment, treatment for 4 weeks and 8 weeks after the treatment group and the control group of patients with extensor forefinger, biceps brachii, extensor digitorum brevis(electromyography,EMG)electrical values were increased, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).②compared with the control group, the treatment group for 4 weeks and 8 weeks, patients with forefinger extensor, biceps brachii, extensor digitorum brevis(electromyography,EMG)power value,FMA score and Brunnstrom score were improved, and better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);treatment after 8 weeks, patients with index finger the intrinsic extensor, biceps brachii, extensor digitorum brevis(electromyography,EMG)power value,FMA score and Brunnstrom score were improved, and better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).③After treatment for 8 weeks, only the treatment group MBI score is greater than 50 points, can reach a good level, indicating that routine exercise rehabilitation treatment and biofeedback treatment effect is significantly faster than routine exercise rehabilitation therapy. Conclusion The effect of early routine rehabilitation exercise combined with EMG-BFT on stroke patients is better than that of routine exercise rehabilitation therapy, which provides a clinical basis for the application of electromyographic biofeedback therapy.
