| Purpose By observing the TCM enema treatments’ affects of menstrual volume recovery,TCM syndrome effects,endometrial morphology and re-adhesion on the infectious postoperative patients with intrauterine adhesion separation,evaluates the clinical efficacy of TCM enema treatments on the link with the prevention of endometrial re-adhesion,provides the clinical basis and explores the mechanism of action.Methods Selected 60 infectious postoperative patients with intrauterine adhesion separation,and divided them in 2 groups-with no significant difference in ages and-adhesion.30 patients in treatment group provided the purslane decoction enema and artificial cyclic therapy,and other 30 patients in control group only provided artificial cyclic therapy,both groups last 3 months.Observes the menstrual volume,TCM syndrome effects,endometrial thickness,uterine morphology and histopathologic improvements,and evaluates the clinical efficacy of TCM enema treatments on preventing the infectious intrauterine re-adhesion.Results Statistical analysis reveals that significant difference could be seen in total clinical efficacy,TCM symptoms efficacy and quantitative score,intrauterine adhesion,endometrial morphology,endometrial tissue,endometrial thickness between treatment group and control group.(P<0.05)Treatment group has an advantage over the control group.Conclusion TCM enema treatments can marked improve the hypomenorrhea and accumulation of dampness heat and blood stasis,TCM syndrome effects,endometrial thickness,intrauterine adhesion,endometrial tissue caused by the intrauterine adhesion.The mechanism may depend on the injection of TCM in anus which could be absorbed by intestinal mucosa,lymph,venous plexus;directly act on uterus cavity and reduce the inflammatory damage;improve the uterine blood circulation,immunity,endometrial receptivity and restoration;clean blood and ease pain.All the aspects may affect on the preventing of intrauterine re-adhesion. |
