| In order to scientifically select crop varieties with water and soil conservation effects,this experiment took the soil of Chuannong Liangcao No.1 during its growth period(the first full growth period after planting)as the research object,combined with its root growth status and the spatial distribution pattern of 0-45 cm,and used a combination of indoor and outdoor methods to carry out soil erosion and erosion resistance in four growth stages(seedling stage,early jointing stage,late jointing stage,and heading maturity stage)of the variety The research on shear strength and root mechanical properties aims to elucidate the mechanism of Chuannong Liangcao No.1 in reducing regional soil erosion,and provide scientific support for its promotion and application in the fields of ecological restoration and soil conservation.The main research findings are as follows:(1)The comprehensive score of soil erosion resistance ranges from-1.092-0.867,with the highest overall soil erosion resistance score in the late jointing stage in the horizontal direction(0.553)and the lowest in the seedling stage(-0.868).The highest overall soil erosion resistance score in the late jointing stage in the vertical direction(0.334)and the lowest in the seedling stage(-0.653).There is a positive correlation between soil erosion resistance and root characteristic parameters,and a negative correlation with<0.25 mm water stable aggregates.(2)The soil erosion resistance increases with the advancement of the growth period,with an enhancement value ranging from 1.10-364.52 min/g and an enhancement rate ranging from 2.29%-462.27%.The enhancement effect in the vertical direction is much greater than that in the horizontal direction.The surface mechanical damage caused by daily management and protection measures on cultivated land increases the number of free soil particles on the surface,resulting in no correlation between soil erosion resistance and soil physicochemical properties and root characteristic parameters in the vertical direction.(3)The soil cohesion increases with the advancement of the growth period,with an enhancement value ranging from 0.04-15.36 KPa and an enhancement rate ranging from 0.17-94.05%.It is positively correlated with root length,surface area,and average diameter.There is no correlation between soil internal friction angle and growth period,soil physicochemical properties,and root characteristics parameters.(4)The root diameter increases with the tensile strength of a single root in a power function function(R~2>0.75),and decreases with the tensile strength of the root in a power function function(R~2=0.46-0.74).Single root tensile strength and root tensile strength were positively correlated with the mass fraction of cellulose,hemicellulose and holocellulose,and negatively correlated with the mass fraction of lignin and the ratio of wood to fiber.Comprehensive analysis,with the growth and development of Chuannongliangcao 1,its root tensile strength and tensile strength increase,its role in mechanical pulling,stringing network and bonding reinforcement of soil mass is strengthened,and three evaluation indicators of soil properties,soil structure and soil erosion resistance are significantly enhanced,which proves that during the planting of Chuannong Liangcao No.1,the ability of soil mass to resist the destruction and transportation of erosion agents is significantly improved,It can effectively reduce the amount of soil erosion in regional cultivated land. |
