Analysis On The Willingness Of Fruit Farmers To Apply More Organic Fertilizer And Its Influencing Factors In Weihui City,Henan Province

With the rapid development of agriculture in our country,the contradiction between agricultural benefit and ecological environment is increasingly sharp,agricultural non-point source pollution is becoming more serious.In recent years,China has issued a series of agricultural non-point source pollution control policy documents,vigorously develop green circular agriculture,guide farmers to increase the application of organic fertilizer.The reduction and efficiency of chemical fertilizer plays an important role on the road of agricultural green development.In Weihui City,Henan Province,forest fruit planting area of 51705 mu,achieve fertilizer reduction,advocate scientific and reasonable fertilization,can protect the soil environment,improve fruit quality,achieve green agricultural development.In order to explore the willingness and influencing factors of fruit tree growers to increase organic fertilizer application in Weihui City,this paper summarized the planting conditions and development situation of fruit tree industry in Weihui City,Henan Province,based on the theory of farmer behavior,cost-benefit theory,environmental regulation theory and relevant domestic and foreign literature research.At the same time in-depth understanding of local forest fruit industry fertilization situation.Taking fruit tree growers in Weihui City as the research object,this paper studied and analyzed the factors influencing farmers’ willingness to increase organic fertilizer application.By means of questionnaire survey,151 fruit farmers in 13 administrative villages of 5 towns in Weihui City,including Tangzhuang Town,Houhe Town,Sunxing Town and Dunfang Town,were interviewed on the spot.Binary Logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of fruit tree farmers’ willingness to apply more organic fertilizer.The following conclusions can be drawn from the analysis: The educational level of fruit farmers,whether they are party members or village cadres,the number of fruit farmers in their families,the proportion of fruit sales income in agricultural income,the government’s green subsidy policy,whether they accept the guidance of agricultural technicians,whether they participate in agricultural production cooperatives,whether they know green pollution-free agricultural products,and whether they have higher returns from organic fertilizer application have positive effects on the willingness of fruit growers to apply organic fertilizer To influence.The higher cost of organic fertilizer application had a negative effect on the willingness of fruit growers to apply organic fertilizer.Finally,in order to guide fruit tree farmers to apply fertilizer reasonably,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures and suggestions:(1)Strengthen the education and training of fruit tree farmers to improve the cognition level of organic fertilizer;(2)Strengthen the publicity of green organic agricultural products and create a good atmosphere for the application of organic fertilizers;(3)Encourage farmers to participate in agricultural cooperatives to promote sustainable agricultural development;(4)Increase fiscal subsidies to reduce the cost of organic fertilizer application;(5)Smooth the way of agricultural technology diffusion and provide scientific fertilization guidance;(6)Innovate fruit sales mode to drive fruit farmers to increase income and get rich.
