| Porcine Reproductive and respiratory syndrome is a contagious disease of pigs caused by porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus.Pigs of all days of age can be infected.The main clinical manifestations are reproductive disorders of sows and respiratory disorders of piglets.The main reproductive obstacles of sows were abortion,stillbirth and weak litter,and the death rate of piglets increased after birth.The main respiratory problems of Suckling piglets were cough,panting and respiratory distress.The porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome is one of the main diseases that harm pig industry in our country,and it has a great impact on pig industry.In recent years,the incidence of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome in large-scale pig farms in Yunnan has been increasing year by year.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out a systematic investigation on the etiology of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome,which is prevalent in Yunnan in recent years and seriously endangers the pig industry.In this study,lung,lymph nodes and whole blood were collected from 2923 diseased pigs from 13 cities/prefectures(Kunming,Baoshan,Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture,Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture,Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture,Lincang,Pu ’er,Qujing,Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture,Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture,Yuxi and Zhaotong)during 2021-2022 The research work of pathogen detection and sequence analysis of related infectious diseases was carried out.PRRSV antibodies were detected in 4427 serum/plasma samples from 11cities/prefectures.Results: In the 2923 samples from large-scale pig farms and free-range households in Yunnan Province from 2021 to 2022,196 samples were found to be positive for PRRSV nucleic acid by RT-q PCR,with a positive rate of 6.71%.Among529 visceral tissue samples,29 were positive,the positive rate was 5.48%.Among2394 serum samples,167 were positive,with a positive rate of 6.98%.4427 serum/plasma samples were collected from large-scale pig farms and family farm in 11 cities/prefectures(Kunming,Baoshan,Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture,Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture,Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture,Lincang,Qujing,Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture,Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture,Yuxi and Zhaotong)in Yunnan Province.PRRSV antibody ELISA kit was used to detect 2429 serum/plasma antibodies positive for PRRSV antibody,and the rest were negative,with a positive rate of54.87%. |
