Rice blast is one of the most serious rice production diseases, seriously threatening food security and sustainable agricultural development.Improving the biodiversity of agricultural systems can help improve crop disease resistance, among which rhizosphere microbes play an important role in rice diversity mixture interplanting systems. In order to clarify the effects of mixture interplanting on the control of rice blast and the structure of the rhizosphere bacterial community, this study used five blast-resistant modern varieties and one blast-susceptible traditional variety for mixture interplanting and net planting. The specific response of rice rhizosphere bacteria to blast fungus infection was explored by investigating the incidence of blast disease, rice agronomic traits, and 16 S r DNA sequencing. The main research results are as follows:1.The results of field experiments showed that all treatments of mixture interplanting with diversity could effectively reduce the occurrence of rice blasts, and the control effects of different combinations were different. The combination treatment of HKN//LY1259 had the highest control effect on yellow shell glutinous rice(E=73.27 %),and the combination treatment of HKN//YG101 had the lowest control effect on yellow shell glutinous rice(E=42.14 %).Overall, compared with the main species, the mixture interplanting treatment had a greater impact on the interplanted species.2.The results of the diversity of the rice rhizosphere bacterial community showed that the mixture interplanting treatment had little effect on the Chao index and Shannon index of the rice rhizosphere bacterial community.Principal coordinate analysis and similarity analysis found that the bacterial community structure in the rhizosphere of rice in the study was less affected by the rice variety, but mainly regulated by the mixture interplanting treatment of diversity.3.The analysis results of the dominant bacterial groups in the rice rhizosphere showed that the dominant bacterial phyla of each sample in this study were Actinobacteriota,Chloroflexi,Firmicutes,Proteobacteria, and Acidobacteriota. In the HKN//SY63 combination, the relative abundance of Acidobacteriota increased significantly after interplanting traditional varieties, while Chloroflexi and Proteobacteria decreased significantly. In the combination,HKN//LY838,the relative abundance of Proteobacteria decreased significantly after interplanting yellow shell glutinous rice.In the HKN//HX39 combination, there was no significant difference in the relative abundance of dominant bacterial phyla in the rhizosphere after interplanting yellow-shell glutinous rice.In the combination,HKN//LY1259,the relative abundance of Proteobacteria decreased significantly after interplanting yellow shell glutinous rice.In the HKN//YG101 combination, the relative abundance of Myxococcota increased significantly after interplanting yellow shell glutinous rice. There were 8 genera with high relative abundance in the rhizosphere of traditional rice varieties and significant changes. The increase in the relative abundance of Marmoricola and Intrasporangium with antibacterial potential was related to the decrease in the rice blast disease index. This study analyzed the role of rhizosphere bacterial communities in controlling rice blast disease in mixture interplanting patterns, providing a theoretical basis for disease resistance mechanisms in interplanting and promoting sustainable agricultural development and exploration of green agricultural technologies.
