Micropterus Salmoides,also known as California bass,belongs to the genus Ba Yaki,Sunfish,and Blackba.Black bass can eat artificial feed through artificial domestication,which is an important economic fish species.This experiment uses fermented soybean meal and Vietnamese white fish powder as a source of protein,and grape seed extract and bile acid as feed additives.After studying the use of alternative protein sources in feed Essence It aims to increase the utilization rate of non-fish protein and reduce the demand for fish powder on large black bass feed.1.Fermented soybean meal replace the effect of fish powder on large bass growth,serum biochemistry,and liver antioxidant.Use fermented soybean meal to replace the 0(FM group,fish powder group),12.5%(FSM12.5 group),25%(FSM25 group),37.5%(FSM37.5 group),50%(FSM50 group)in basic feed in basic feed,respectively.,Carry out 96D breeding experiments.The experimental results show that the weight gain rate of FSM12.5 and FSM25 is not significantly different from the FM group(P>0.05).With the increase of fermented soybean meal replacement ratios,the feed coefficients and feeding rates of each group increased significantly(P<0.05),the protein efficiency ratio and protein retention rate decreased,and FSM37.5,and the FSM50 group was significantly lower than the FM group(P<0.05).The content of TP and ALB in each alternative group increased,and the FSM50 group was significantly higher than the FM group(P<0.05).The LDL content of the FSM12.5 group was significantly lower than the FM group(P<0.05),and the T-Cho and HDL in the serums of the FSM50 group were significantly higher than the FM group(P<0.05).The C4 content in the serum of the FSM25 group was significantly lower than the FM group(P<0.05).FSM25,FSM37.5,FSM50 groups of GSH,SOD,and POD in the liver of liver are slightly higher than the FM group(P>0.05),and the MDA content of FSM37.5 group is significantly higher than the FM group(P<0.05).In summary,the fish powder within 25%of the fermented soybean meal replaced the growth of the large black bass has no effect on the growth of large black bass,and it can improve the biochemical indicators of large black bass serums and improve the antioxidant of the liver;exceeding the 25%fishmeal fishmeal will make the large mouth black bass.The weight gain rate is significantly content slightly increased(P>0.05);C4 content was significantly reduced(P<0.05).FSM50+BA compared with FSM50 groups compared to serum TP,ALB,TG,HDL,AKP content significantly increased(P<0.05);T-Cho and LDL content slightly increased(P>0.05);C3 content was significantly reduced(P<0.05),the IGM content increased significantly(P<0.05).The addition of bile acid in the feed has not significantly impact the GSH,SOD and POD activity in the liver(P>0.05),and the content of FSM50+BA has increased significantly compared to the FSM50 group of MDA(P<0.05).Comprehensive indicators:bile acid can reduce the feed coefficient of fermented soybean meal to replace fishmeal feed,and improve the growth performance of eating whole fishmeal feed large black bass.Adding 0.1%bile acid to the feed can improve the serum biochemical indicators of large black bass and promote liver lipid metabolism.3.Fermented soybean meal replaced fishmeal feed and added grape seed extract on the growth performance of large black bass growth and liver antioxidant.Based on the FSM25 group of feed formulas,0.05%and 0.1%of grape seed extracts are added,which are FSM25+LGS groups and FSM25+HGS groups for 96D breeding experiments.The experimental results show that the FSM25+HGS group is slightly increased by the weight gain rate,protein efficiency ratio and protein retention rate of large bass bass in the FSM25+LGS group(P>0.05),and the feed coefficient decreases significantly(P<0.05).The content of large-mouth black bass crude protein is slightly increased(P>0.05).Compared with FSM25 groups of FSM25+HGS,the content of TG,T-Cho,HDL,LDL,and IGM in serum has increased significantly(P<0.05);TP,ALB,AKP content is increased but not significant(P>0.05).FSM25,FSM25+LGS,FSM25+HGS groups of GSH,SOD,and POD in the liver of liver groups are slightly reduced(P>0.05),FSM25+LGS and FSM25+HGS groups are significantly reduced compared with the FSM25 group of liver MDA(P<0.05).Comprehensive indicators:Add 0.1%grape seed extract to fermented soybean meal feed can reduce the feed coefficient of the feed,improve the growth performance of large black bass,improve its serum biochemical indicators,and reduce the level of liver stress.4.Vietnamese whitefish powder replaces the effects of Peruvian fish powder on the growth performance of large black bass,serum biochemistry,and liver antioxidant.Use Vietnamese white fish flour to replace the 0(FM group,fish powder group),12.5%(FBM12.5 group),25%(FBM25 group),37.5%(FBM37.5 group),50%(FBM50 group)in the basic feed.To.Carry out 96D breeding experiments.The experimental results show that the feed use of Vietnamese white fish powder instead of fish powder in 50%,which can increase the feeding rate and weight gain rate of large black bass;FBM25 and FBM37.5 group growth rate is significantly higher than the FM group(P<0.05)Essence The feed coefficients,protein efficiency ratio and protein retention of FBM12.5,FBM25,and increased significantly(P<0.05).The GSH,SOD,and POD activity of the liver is first enhanced and the trend weakens but the changes are not significant(P>0.05);the content of the liver MDA also shows first increase and then decreases.(P<0.05).Comprehensive indicators:Vietnamese whitefish flour replaced Peruvian fish powder within 50%of Peruvian fish flour can improve the feeding rate and growth performance of large black bass,and instead of the Peruvian fish powder feed coefficient within 37.5%,and more than 37.5%caused a significant increase in the feed coefficient.Vietnamese whitefish powder replacing 25%of fish flour can improve the serum biochemical indicators of large mouth bass and improve liver antioxidant.
