Influenced by multiculturalism,the development momentum of traditional tea culture is weak,and the popularity of tea culture among the new generation of young people is particularly scarce,while the inheritance and development of tea cultu re urgently needs young people to become the backbone.At present,tea culture experience strategy can not be a good carrier of tea culture communication and interactive experience,there are some shortcomings such as low integration with modern design,more homogeneous experience forms,resulting in poor user experience.In view of the above problems,the design of interactive tea-picking robot for tea garden experience is proposed in order to stimulate the user’s experience potential of traditional tea cu lture.First of all,the positive effects of the content and elements of presence design in the process of user experience are explored.Specifically,space presence and selfpresence are taken as the starting point,and their roles in user experience are deeply analyzes.On this basis,in-depth design is further carried out to investigate the needs of users for the popularity of tea garden culture and tea garden experience.Through the analysis of the survey data,the needs and influencing factors of users in the degree of sensory immersion and emotional arousal are obtained.Secondly,a design strategy of interactive tea-picking robot is proposed to enhance the user’s sense of presence in the tea garden and build a "beyond the horizon" tea garden experience.In order to achieve this goal,this paper divides the functions of the robot into tea garden experience plate and tea art display plate,and puts forward a series of innovative tea garden experience methods,including pre-use guidance,user selfselection,process prompt,space guide,sensory interaction and so on.Based on the behavioral characteristics of young people,it provides users with a richer and more personalized tea garden experience,thus enhancing their sense of presence.Finally,based on the research objectives and strategies proposed above,the structure design,experience interaction mode design and user operation APP design of the interactive tea-picking robot are carried out,and the user’s on-the-spot tea garden experience is created through the application of Internet of Things,VR and other technologies,and the tea culture elements are reconstructed by using information integration to give the tea-picking robot a distinct appearance of tea elements.The conclusions of this study provide a methodological guidance for the design of tea garden experience based on presence,and also provide a methodological reference for the design of other remote interaction and virtual experience based on user presence.
