In this paper,the effects of waterlogging on the growth and yield of rapeseed at different growth stages were studied by simulating waterlogging and combining waterlogging with field waterlogging of rapeseed Fengyou 823 and Fengyou 737,as well as the regulation effects of growth regulators on the growth and yield of rapeseed under waterlogging conditions,as well as the mechanisms of antioxidant and photosynthesis.It provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for rape waterlogging prevention and control.The results as follows:(1)Field waterlogging at flowering stage and pod stage had great influence on yield and other characters,prolonged waterlogging time and increased yield reduction.Compared with the control,the yield decreased 11.86%~11.94%,23.55%~27.57% and 36.37%~36.94%at 10 d,15 d and 20 d of waterlogging at flowering stage.At 10 d,15 d and 20 d,the yield decreased 11.86%~13.85%,22.70%~25.18% and 32.93%~41.92% respectively.(2)The growth regulator "1% indbutyrate·inducin diluted 250 times" in field waterlogging.During the pod stage,the 250-fold diluent of 1% indbutyrate·inducin increased by 20.11% to 22.13%,compared with the control(water)and 16.34% to 19.24% compared with the control “BIHU”.(3)Waterlogging simulation test shows that rapeseed growth is obviously inhibited,The yield of rapeseed was decreased by 16.88%~34.36%;17.87%~35.53%;19.57%~63.56% and0.26%~53.84% respectively,with the growth of waterlogging time,Waterlogging at different growth stages resulted in a decrease in net photosynthetic rate,a significant increase in MDA content and a significant decrease in CAT activity.(4)Waterlogging simulation test shows that the root length,effective pod number,seed number per pod,1000 grain weight and other traits and yield of rape at each growth stage were improved by spraying 1% indbutyrate·inducin.The yield of rapese ed increased by 7.34%~42.22%,16.78%~54.18%,23.33%~58.20% respectively,with spray ing 1% indbutyrate·inducin at seedling stage,bud bolting stage and pod stage;In the treatments of spraying 1% indbutyrate·inducin at flowering stage,the yield of rapese ed increased by 16.30% and 4.27% respectively,and the effect of spraying 1% indbu tyrate·inducin at 250 times was the best at all growth stages.
