| Potato is one of the main crops,and it plays an important role in ensuring national food security and promoting regional economic development in China.However,potato is infected easily by diseases,especially by soil-borne diseases.And now,these disease are controlled mainly by chemical pesticides.which is easy to cause environmental pollution.Therefore,biological control technology with biological agents has been paid attention.The inhibition effect of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens QST713 on Fusarium wilt and Common Scab pathogens of two soil-borne diseases of potato were measured in indoor.And control effect of the biological agent Zhuorun made by Bacillus amyloliquefaciens QST713 to the two diseases was investigated in the field,and the growth-promotion effect of Zhuorun on potato were studied too.The control effect of different application doses and methods of Zhuorun on Potato Common Scab were researched.The results are as follows:1.Potato Common Scab pathogen(Solanum galilaeus)and Potato Fusarium wilt pathogen(Fusarium oxysporum)were both inhibited by Bacillus amyloliquefaciens QST713,and the inhibition rates were 76.25%and 57.85%respectively in Lab.2.The control effect of Zhuorun through furrow application on Potato Common Scab:Zhuorun was applied to potato fields through furrow treatment in the doses of 1000ml/667m~2,1500 ml/667m~2 and 2000 ml/667m~2 in Gaomi,Shandong province,and control effect to Potato Common Scab increased with increasing of doses.The control effect of Zhuorun through furrow application was the best in dose of 2000 ml/667m~2,and the control effect was 65.58%,which was significantly different from the other two groups and the check.The potato yield and commodity potato rate after treating by three doses of Zhuorun were significantly higher than those of the check,and there was no significant difference among the treatment groups.3.The control effect of Zhuorun through drip irrigation on Potato Common Scab:Zhuorun was applied to potato field through drip irrigation in the dose of 1000 ml/667m~2,1500 ml/667m~2 and 2000 ml/667m~2 in Changli,Hebei province,and the control effects were 79.65%,88.89%and 90.76%.Potato commodity rates were improved by Zhuorun in the dose of 1500 ml/667m~2 and 2000 ml/667m~2 in drip irrigation treatment,and there were significant differences between the above two treatments and the control and dose of 1000ml/667m~2 drip irrigation treatment.4.The control effect of Zhuorun on Potato Common Scab through furrow application,drip irrigation and combined application:the control effect of Zhuorun in the dose of 2000ml/667m~2 through furrow application was the best among treatments in Wuchuan,Inner Mongoolia,which was not significantly different from Zhuorun in 1000 ml/667m~2 furrow application+Zhuorun in 1000 ml/667m~2 drip irrigation treatment,and the control effect of them on Potato Common Scab were significant compared with the check.There were significant differences between Zhuorun 2000 ml/667m~2 furrow treatment,Zhuorun 1000ml/667m~2 furrow application+Zhuorun 1000 ml/667m~2 drip irrigation treatment and other treatments,which had a significant effect on potato yield.5.Effect on potato growth-promoting:The potato seedling root length,plant height,yield and commodity potato rate were promoting through application of Zhuorun.The growth of potato was promoted significantly and stably through Zhuorun furrow treatment in 1000 ml/667m~2In summary,Potato Common Scab could be controlled effectively by Zhuorun(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens QST713),and the growth and yield of potato were promoted too.It is recommended to apply Zhuorun in 2000 ml/667m~2 to control Potato Common Scab in the area with furrow farming,and to apply Zhuorun in 2000 ml/667m~2 at the potato setting stage in areas with drip irrigation. |
