China as a traditional agricultural country,vegetables have been deeply loved by the people since ancient times,widely planted in our country,the market is huge.In recent years,China’s population is still in a period of growth,people’s demand for vegetables is constantly increasing,ensuring a stable and sustainable supply is still an arduous task.And most of the transplanting methods are still manual and semi-automatic transplanting.Compared with manual planting,semi-automatic transplanting has reduced the labor intensity of manual planting,but due to the low degree of automation,manual help is still needed for planting.Therefore,affected by artificial factors,semi-automatic transplanting still has the phenomenon of seedling loss and seedling leakage.Therefore,it is necessary to study the automatic transplanting machine with high degree of automation and good transplanting efficiency to improve the vegetable yield and reduce labor costs.Based on the general market and agronomic requirements of the hole tray,this paper designed and manufactured a battery as the power source,can carry out the seedling,transplanting and walking small electric vegetable transplanting machine.Save production cost and green economy environmental protection.Specific research contents are as follows:(1)Overall scheme and design.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the key devices of semi-automatic and full-automatic transplanter on the market,a reasonable transplanter feeding device,transplanter device and walking mechanism were designed,and the overall design of transplanter was carried out by selecting the size of common rice plate on the market.(2)Design of seedling feeding mechanism.Seedling feeding mechanism is mainly composed of rice plate conveying mechanism and top seedling mechanism.Through the chain wheel and chain device transmits the rice plate,the top seedling rod pushes the rice seedlings out from the rice plate.The intermittent movement of incomplete gear internal meshing mechanism was designed to realize the straight line reciprocating and periodic transmission of rice plate and complete the action of feeding seedlings.And the 3D software CATIA V5R20 is used for modeling and virtual assembly.(3)the design of transplanting mechanism.It mainly adopts rotary gear transplanting mechanism,which is mainly composed of eccentric gear non-circular gear mechanism and duck bill structure.Through theoretical calculation and part design,parametric modeling is carried out,transmission characteristics are analyzed,the planting trajectory of the mechanism is proposed,the kinematics model is established,and the angular displacement,velocity and acceleration of special points are analyzed.(4)the design of the walking mechanism.Including power source lithium battery selection,chassis frame,front axle steering system and rear axle drive system design.Lithium-ion batteries power the motors that feed the seedlings,push the seedlings up,and drive the hub motors that drive walking.The capacity of the battery is determined by calculating the power required by each part of the motor and the working time of the transplanter.Determine the type of lithium battery.(5)Finite element analysis and kinematics simulation of transplanter.The finite element analysis of the frame was carried out by using simulation software ANSYS and ADAMS respectively,and the kinematics simulation of the planting trajectory was carried out,and the transplantation trajectory curve was compared with the design theory trajectory curve.(6)Assembly design and test of vegetable electric transplanter.According to the test specifications,the prototype was processed and tested to check whether the harvester could effectively complete the requirements of orderly seedling feeding,transplanting and walking,and the operation effect of the prototype was analyzed to verify whether it could meet the design requirements.The small vegetable electric transplanter designed and manufactured in this paper can realize the integration of sending seedlings,toppling seedlings,planting and walking.The machine uses battery as power source,simple structure,easy to operate,can improve work efficiency,to achieve transplanting automation,save production costs and green economy and environmental protection.
