This study ripe pear engineering technology research center of Nanjing Agricultural University Hushu test site’s collection of pear germplasm resources for research materials, first of all varieties pear leaf mineral nutrition analysis, the determination of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, zinc, magnesium, iron, manganese, boron nine kinds of mineral elements and chlorophyll content, analyzes the different varieties leaves nutrition surplus; Then the pear fruit quality determination, determination of fruit weight, soluble solids in fruit, fruit shape index, fruit hardness, juice yield, lignin and stone cell content, get the difference between different varieties of pear fruit quality, the last leaf mineral element content and fruit quality do correlation analysis and principal component analysis, explore the elements and the relationship between fruit quality index,And the relationship between each element to provide a theoretical basis for rational fertilization. The implementation of targeted fertilization,is conducive to the full use of fertilizer, reduce the loss of fertilizer and soil, water and other environmental pollution, reduce production costs,is conducive to the timely adjustment of the balance of tree nutrition, improve the nutritional growth and fruit development of the nutritional conditions. Therefore, this study is of great practical significance for improving pear fruit quality, reducing pollution and production cost. The main research results are as follows:1、Through the study of nine mineral elements in 179 different varieties of pears, the content of different mineral elements was found to be quite different, from high to low in nitrogen, calcium, potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, manganese, zinc and boron. The mineral elements in pear leaves have rich variability, the size of the coefficient of variation reflects the range of differences of biological individuals, the greater the coefficient of variation of a personality indicator, indicating that the greater the difference between groups.Manganese has the largest coefficient of variation,44.51%,0.025-0.037mg/kg,potassium and zinc, the second largest,43.86% and 43.68%,the smallest coefficient of variation is calcium,34.03%,variation of 9.201-49.753 mg/kg.The nitrogen content of pear leaves mineral element changed by 15.527-31.884 g/kg,the average was 23.064 g/kg,the variation coefficient was 11.81%,the degree of dispersion between different varieties was low,the content difference was small, and the phosphorus content change was 0.81%384-3.523 mg/kg,with an average of 1.534 mg/kg and a variation coefficient of 38.19%,of which Xinjiang pears and akihito pears had higher content and the lowest white pear content, and zinc content changed by 0.054-0.15 1 mg/kg,with an average of 0.048 mg/kg,a variation factor of 43.68%,with large variations between varieties, with the highest pear content in Xinjiang, and a change of iron content of 0.054-0.709 mg/kg with an average of0.191 mg/kg,the coefficient of variation was 40.75%,the difference between varieties was large, the content of pears and western pears in Xinjiang was higher, and the content of white pears was the lowest, and the content of boron was changed by 0.015-0.092 mg/kg,with an average value of 0.039 mg/kg.The coefficient of variation was 36.46%,with the highest content of autumn pears and Xinjiang pears, and the variation range of manganese content was 0.035-0.371 mg/kg,with an average of 0.115 mg/kg and a variation coefficient of 42.34% Xinjiang has the highest pear content and the lowest white pear content, and the magnesium content change is 0.762-7.820 mg/kg,with an average of 3.131 mg/kg,a variation coefficient of 42.34%,and a higher magnesium content of pears in Xinjiang The lowest calcium content change was 9.201-49.753 mg/kg,the average was 24.453 mg/kg,the variation coefficient was 34.03 percent,Xinjiang pear and sand pear content was higher, and the range of potassium content changed It is 3.066-31.448 mg/kg,with an average of12.763 mg/kg and a variation coefficient of 43.86%,indicating that there is a large difference in potassium content between varieties, with the highest content of akihito pears and the lowest white pear strains.2、Correlation analysis results using data on the content of nine mineral elements of179 pear varieties show that there is a strong negative correlation between nitrogen and iron, which may indicate a certain antagonist relationship between nitrogen content and iron content Potassium has a very significant positive correlation between the eight mineral elements, the correlation coefficient is between 0.276-0.764,indicating that there is synergy between the eight elements. However, the relationship between leaf elements is complex,it is influenced by a series of soil physical and chemical properties, microbiome, climatic conditions and plant root absorption, which increases the difficulty of exploring the correlation between the analysis values of leaves.3、Through the analysis of fruit quality of 70 different varieties, the measures of pear fruit quality are: the higher the soluble solid, the better, the greater the weight of the single fruit, the better in terms of the yield. The difference between different varieties is large, the correlation between mineral elements and fruit quality is analyzed, the results show that chlorophyll and nitrogen and manganese elements have a significant positive correlation, indicating that nitrogen and manganese elements may affect chlorophyll content to a certain extent; There was a significant negative correlation between fruit hardness(peeling)and lignin content, juice yield and single fruit weight, and there was a significant positive correlation between fruit hardness(peeling)and fruit stone cell content.4、The main component analysis of mineral elements and fruit quality, there are 6main components cumulative contribution rate of 71.703 percent,of which the fruit hardness in the first and sixth components appear, single fruit weight in the third main component, the fifth main component and the sixth main component appears, soluble solids appear in the fourth main component and the fifth main component, indicating that the single fruit weight in the fruit evaluation index system is the most important. The formation of fruit quality is the result of the joint regulation by various mineral elements,of which nitrogen, manganese, calcium and magnesium have a great influence on fruit quality formation.
